The trip coordinator gave a 10 mins break after like an hour. We, along with other people, were standing at the same spot and wating but he never came back. I hope he’s fine; although this experience wasn’t tasteful at all.
My husband and I have been on many tours and this is by far the worst one ever! When the guides first arrived they had us line up which is understandable. Well a some of us in the middle and end of the line couldn't hear so we fanned out a bit on the sidewalk in order to see and hear. We were then told by one of the guides don't know his name because I couldn't hear it but he was young and extremely skinny. Longer hair on top and trimmed up the side and back of his head. Yelled at us saying that we must move against the wall because the sidewalk is a commodity and we couldn't be in the way. Then we were split into groups and unfortunately we were in the skinny young kids group. We as well as others could barely keep of with him. His pace was a trot. When we arrived at the first location he made everyone line up like we were in a choir line. Then someone asked if this was going to be the pace the whole tour and his response was a sarcastic....well...uh...yeah! So we and they left the tour. We then thought we would search out other tours to see what their pace and their guide was like.... the other company was fantastic! They walked at a medium pace...no running! They were funny, easy going, and responsive to their customers. We thought maybe we could join them but unfortunately and understandably for us we could not join them. If I could I would have given a minus 5 stars! The only recommendation I would have for this company is to use somebody else!
Very interesting and our guide Randy was extremely knowledgeable. Really great tour. Recommend tour and Randy highly.
