Great routes. Bus brochure easy to understand and very helpful. All employees helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. I would use BigBus in the future at other destinations where they provide service
This Big Bus is just amazing and it goes all over the city spectacular views great appreciated.
Very organized and on point.
Easy to find stops and directions were good. Funny and friendly staff. Thanks
Our family of six enjoyed the convenience of transportation and explanation using the Big Bus for our WA DC tour. The bus stops were easy to access from the monuments and other site locations. Our night tour guide was very well researched and entertaining! We found Union Station, where you have to start your tour the first time and the night tour, to be a good spot for a lunch or coffee/pastry - also easy to access by metro or train.
The Night Tour was amazing especially because of the tour guide, Nur! He was energetic and so knowledgeable! He didn’t make it like a lecture. He made funny jokes and shared personal experiences. He stayed clear of any political statements. I would recommend the night tour to everyone because DC is gorgeous in the evening! And hopefully you’ll get Nur as your tour guide!
We did the day and night city tour, so much to see in Washington. The tour guides are excellent.
Ellen who did our night tour was amazing. She knows DC so well and its history. Shared a lot of interesting information. Look or request for her if you're in town and doing Big Bus tour.
Our guide Rae and bus driver Yonathan were great Rae very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Of course the sites were beautiful and having a full moon on the 31st made it spectacular.
Everything was handled well check-in staff were all very nice too.
Two visitors from Kyoto, Japan took the premium tour. They seemed very happy at the end of the tour.
The Japanese translations were a boon.
The staff was welcoming and treated the visitors with much kindness.
