This Jack and Back tour picks up near the 5th Avenue Korean Veterans Blvd intersection in downtown Nashville at 9:00am. Your guide will have a cooler on board stocked with ice and water. Feel free to bring your adult beverages of choice. The group will depart promptly at 9:10am for the 1.5 hour trip to Lynchburgh, TN. The trip is approximately one third on the interstate and the other part takes you through the small town of Shelbyville, a town famous for the Tennessee Walking Horse. After strolling through Shelbyville, the remaining thirty minute commute takes you through picturesque rolling hills and farms into Moore County, only one of three counties where distilling was legal in Tennessee until just a few years ago.
Upon arriving at Jack Daniel's distillery, you'll disembark the bus and your guide get you checked-in to the distillery. The tasting tour runs approximately 1.5-hours. You'll have about an hour and a half to peruse the small square of downtown Lynchburg. Don't forget to grab a bite to eat at one of the restaurants overlooking the square (at own expense).
Before you leave, take the opportunity to visit the White Rabbit Bottle Shop and purchase some rare and Tennessee-only bottles of Jack Daniel's or check out the selection of branded Jack items at the downtown general store. This tour will depart Lynchburg at 2:30pm and drop off at the starting point at approximately 4:00pm.

Had a wonderful time touring Jack Daniel's Distillery. Getting to see all the behind the scene was a great experience. Wish we'd had more time to visit the Town Square. It would be perfect if the entire trip was a couple of hours longer.
Frank was our driver. Bus was slightly tight in terms of leg room but very comfortable other than that. The tour was interesting even if you don't care for whiskey. Tons of history and just a beautiful area in general. You have to eat at the bbq place in the Hollow, can't remember the name of it.
The driver, Frank, was great! The tour itself was SO COOL. The timing was also great, we got there and Frank helped us get our tickets. We had our tour first then walked around in Lynchburg. The amount of time we had was perfect! And the tour was REALLY neat. We had an amazing time!
Definitely a well thought out and enjoyable tour. Brian did a great job of explaining the fine details it takes to make Jack Daniels. Also it was interesting to hear how Jack Daniels died.
My wife and I took the bus tour down to the Jack Daniel's distillery last Friday and had an awesome experience. The Drivers were very entertaining and accommodating on the ride down and back. Our tour guide was equally knowledgeable and engaging throughout the tour. I would highly recommend this tour as it was a great experience.
Frank our bus driver was awesome. Fun trip!! Enjoyed the opportunity. Jason the tour guide at the Distillery was great too!
Jack Daniel’s tour was fabulous. Fun and informative. Viator does not allow enough time to tour the JD facility, eat, and walk around the small village center. However, our transportation there and back was pleasant in a comfortable coach bus that was air conditioned. I understand that the transportation is not always as wonderful.
Our trip from downtown Nashville to Jack Daniels could not have been any better. Our driver was excellent and informative without being overbearing. The convenience of not driving for our trip was great. Highly recommend.
So fun and loved being able to relax and not have to worry about the drive
Great little tour. Bus was clean and guide was friendly and knowledgeable. You need to book your own tour at the distillery, so this is effectively a taxi to Lynchburg. But it's an easy way to get to an amazing part of the country.
Our bis driver provided great information for the tour and did it in a fun way! Great job! I highly recommend the tour but make sure you get your Jack Daniels tour tickets along with the bus trip.
Great tour. Fun to learn the history of how Jack Daniels began and survived through the years and the process of how it is made. Would highly recommend this tour.
Bus ride was comfortable and driver shared knowledge about the country side. Enjoyed the trip and the tour.
They modified my tour because I couldn't do all the steps and I got a private tour from Beth. she was awesome, so friendly and very informative. It was cool to also have the tasting room by myself. The little town of Lynchburg was really cute as well. Definitely a tour worth seeing.
