Sunset Bay Cruise:
With live commentary by the captain and cool background music, this cruise is a wonderful way to explore San Francisco Bay at twilight during late March through early November.
As the sun begins to set over the Marin Headlands, you'll cruise past Alcatraz, Angel Island and the shorelines of Tiburon, Belvedere and Sausalito. Watch the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean as you sail west toward the Golden Gate Bridge. On your way back to Fisherman's Wharf you'll see many more famous sights, including the Presidio, the Marina District and Fort Mason.
During your sunset or twilight cruise, head to the light appetizer buffet to enjoy spinach puff pastry rolls; roast beef sliders; crudités and an antipasto patter; chicken curry wrap; sliced fruit and gourmet cheeses and a cookie platter. You can purchase more drinks at the full bar on board.
All cruise vessels offer indoor and outdoor seating, and restrooms. There is no assigned seating or formal dress required, come as you are for an evening of relaxed sunset sailing! Vessels operate on bio-diesel, a renewable energy source.
In the winter, the cruise changes its itinerary to make the most of the spectacular city lights view of San Francisco. As the sun sets over the horizon, you'll sail past San Francisco's modern skyscrapers, historic landmarks, the infamous island of Alcatraz and both the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge.
Your evening of breathtaking San Francisco views will be accompanied with live guitar entertainment, hearty buffet of sandwiches, salads, dessert, and a beverage from the bar.
Whether you are enjoying the skyline views from the ship's heated indoor spaces or out on the outdoor viewing decks, the city lights are an unmissable San Francisco attraction.

I booked this for my partners 50th birthday. We certainly weren't disappointed. Amazing views on a beautiful night. It got a bit rocky under the bridge but otherwise smooth sailing. One thing I would change would be the singer. Very drool need something a bit more upbeat
Best tour of San Fran! Incredible view of the city lights- hands down the highlight of our 3 day trip!
Awesome views of the city, relaxing time with friends. Nice little spread of Hors d'oeuvres, would highly recommend this little cruise.
I cannot recommend this cruise highly enough. The sunset over the Golden Gate Bridge was stunning! The food was great (I hadn't even realized food would served, or that there was a bar on board when I booked.) and the live music was soothing and enjoyable. What a fantastic way to see the city!!
What an amazing trip. It does get cold and quite windy towards the end of the trip, but i stayed out on deck the entire time and finally got to see whales near the end! Incredible experience to be out on the water with the beautiful creatures. Food on board was mediocre at best, but I went for the whales and scenery so it was great for me.
The boat was huge and it was the highlight of our trip. We didn’t really eat the apps or drink we just stayed on top and enjoyed the incredible views. I got a little nervous with the fog coming back but it seemed like they knew what they were doing and got us back safely!
timely , nice snacks and friendly staff. Also, the ship was clean and the bar-maid had a nice sense of humor; she also poured a good drink.
Enjoyed date night on the sunset cruise watching the sunset over the Golden Gate bridge was amazing.
This was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. I highly recommend this!
We have take the Twilight/Sunset Cruise several times and have found it to be a 5 Star experience every time--in bright sunshine or dense fog, warmer climate or chilly winds. The Crews have always been professional, friendly and courteous and the entertainment and food spreads top notch. We went on a Monterey Bay twilight cruise for the same price and there is no comparison --this is the one!
After traveling from across both the pond and the country - we were able to wind down and familiarize ourselves with the San Francisco area at the same time! The crew made our excursion all the more pleasant by helping us take pictures providing tips and even taking us up to meet the captain who let us steer the boat briefly! The food was abundant and delicious. Great musician too! We just couldn’t find a tip box when we d finished so gave our show of appreciation to a deckhand onshore. Chris was a favorite on board advisor who explained history and the must sees to us! A great experience for all! Definitely recommend!
The crew was helpful, friendly and present...the drinks and appetizers were good too! I felt this excursion was a good value!
This tour was awesome. Very professional and friendly crew. The food was delicious too. I highly recommend this tour if youre in San Francisco.
Crew was friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the added surprise was the singer guitar player. Made the whole trip very special. My 30 year old daughter and I completely enjoyed the whole experience. So much so we recommended that my 25 year old son go. He went the next day and felt the same way. We all highly recommend it
Very enjoyable cruise, free drink and appetizers included, plus musical entertainment and commentary about points of interst on route.
Plus you get to go under the Godlen Gate Bridge which is surely the highlight.
We had a great time. We were able to show out of dtate family and friends some beautiful sites. Are looking forward to doing it again.
The temperature high was 55 degrees during the day when we went on the cruise. So I just had the whole family dress super warm. They served lots of good snack and drinks including coffee and soda. We were worried about the cloudy day ruining the sunset but it was beautiful and the cold didn’t stop us from taking some amazing photos.
