The Salute To Pearl Harbor tour immerses you in the sights, sounds and personal stories of the world-changing events of Pearl Harbor, December 1941. This is the way to see Pearl Harbor; with a knowledgeable guide who provides helpful insight and information, fascinating historical and cultural background-with the ease of transportation and a tour package that includes everything you need to visit the WWII Valor of the Pacific National Monument and the USS Arizona Memorial.
Upon picking you up, your guide begins to share local stories and interesting bits of history-setting the scene of that fateful day in December 1941-as you head towards Honolulu’s Pearl Harbor. Soon, you arrive full of anticipation at one of Oahu’s most famous destinations.
You feel the site’s power as you enter the new World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument. Here you revisit the past through never- before-seen artifacts, replicas and media displays that explain the events and details of the day leading up to and following the Pearl Harbor attack. Looking across the harbor’s blue waters at Ford Island, the center of the attack, you imagine the residents waking up on a Sunday morning to chaos and madness.
Traveling across the harbor by shuttle boat, and then standing in reflection on the USS Arizona Memorial, you pause in tribute to those who lost their lives that day. This graceful monument built over the remains of the sunken ship provides a moving balance of life and death, as you spot green sea turtles and colorful fish swimming in the active reef around the Arizona, even as it serves to memorialize those entombed below.
A historical film, a journey in time across the harbor, and perhaps a chance to meet a survivor of the attack complete your morning at the Memorial.

Our tour guide Bill was excellent, really enjoyed this trip. I would highly recommend this trip. Very knowledgeable.
We were amazed at pearl habor. Very realistic and the 88 year old gentleman brought everything to life. Touching the hearts of everyone that was with us.
The tour was very educational! Discovered many details of Pearl Harbor we had no idea about. We were even able to celebrate the 96th birthday of a Pearl Harbor survivor while there.
The trip was wonderful and a great price for the tour. We truly enjoyed the tour and the driver was great.
We had a great time on our tour. Our tour guide Chelsea was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour.
Very informative and moving experience. The bus driver/guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out places of interest on the drive to Pearl Harbour and back. Pualani, our guide, was very friendly and funny. However she could speak more gently and more quietly. Tour was very good value for money.
Its was awesome, guide tour very professional and knew a lot of the Hawaiian culture./history. Very informative and educational. Ill definitely recommend this tour to our dear friends in down under. We have fun!
We were picked up and dropped off at a hotel a block from ours which made it easy and convenient. The tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and let us know what to expect. We've used Viator for other tours, will definitely use them on our next trip!
This tour was perfect for us as we didn’t have a lot of time left to spend on a tour. We were picked up on time and our tour guide Cliff was awesome and informative. We had about 40 minutes to explore and visit the plaques and read. Then we watched the movie, spent about 30 minutes on the boat, and ended up with 45 mins to walk and shop before our bus departed. All in all, we would recommend it!
Our tour guide/driver was polite and informative on the drive over to the memorial. Once we arrived he escorted us inside after security check and made sure we all had our tickets and time to return back to the shuttle. My only complaint was that the theatre you sit down to watch a 10-15 minute video was extremely hot with no air-conditioning. The staff closed both set of doors as the video began and it felt like a sauna. You would think they would have money to pay for AC from the gift shop, snack shop and all the tours that come through. Also the staff in the gift shop aren’t very friendly. My dad happens to be retired military and they give a 10% discount. We made several purchases during our visit because it’s vacation and who doesn’t need more sounvenirs right? I over heard the manager tell the cashier to make sure you take a good look at his (my father’s) ID, and this was right after we purchased items in another line and he was present. You would think the staff would have more respect given the location of the gift shop and yes it’s his ID (keep in mind it had his photo on it). Also, 80% of the visitors have some military background and no signage is placed inside regarding the discount. Lucky for us, my father always asks. Other than that we enjoyed our time at the memorial.
The tour bus picked us up right on time next door to our hotel. They made numerous stops at other hotels picking up other passengers for about 1/2 hour. It took a total of about 45 min to get to Pearl Harbor once everyone was picked up. The driver was great and gave us lots of history and points of interest and suggestions where to go during our vacation. Had plenty of time to look around and they gave us a set time to go view the Arizona so we didn't have to stay in line. Half day was great to see the Arizona. If you want to go see any of the other memorials or spend a lot of time I would take a full day. It was perfect for us. They dropped us off at our hotel on time and then took our transportation to the ship
We were very pleased with our experience. Guide arrived on time and was very fun. Got lots of information on the ride about Pearl Harbor and Honolulu. He was very accommodating and made it a great trip.
Our tour director Jacon was very informative and courteous . Made it a point to greet everyone individually. The Pearl Harbor tour was heartfelt. The movie followed by a boat ride lead by the Marines was as good as it gets since the Arizona is closed. Definitely recommend.
We enjoyed this amazing memorial! Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable! He was Hawaii friendly and treated us like family! We had the best time!
Driver Reynolds was a great tour guide very friendly and knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor and the surrounding areas. Very glad we had the opportunity to visit this site.
The tour group was just the right size small - up to 12 people. The pick up/drop off location was very convvenient - at the lower level of the HIlton Grand Islander, where we were staying. The driver knew his way around including rush hour traffic.
The star of our tour was our guide, Pualani. She was hilarious and very animated. She was very knowledgeable about war history - she is a history buff. Also, she shared that her children are in the military. We were reminded how much the military has sacrificed for her country.
She pointed out points of interest along the way and back from Pearl Harbour. Pualani gave us many tips for our visit to Pearl Harbour. We chose the half day tour wisely because we had only a week in Oahu and had to fit in many sights, although I understand how anyone would have a lot to do at Pearl Harbour on a full day tour.
The tour of the USS Arizona Memorial was very moving. We are from westcoast BC, Canada and travelled to Oahu in April 2018. This is the 2nd time my husband and I visited the site 27 years ago, and the first time for our children this time. Our children were also excited and moved at the same time.
The company for this tour was E Noa Tours. The guide (Jacan) was great. The tour included information and history about the area, along with the tour of Pearl Harbor. I highly recommend this company and tour.
I gave the trip 5 stars because we had the best tour guide ever.....He was very informative and funny....so that helps....We picked up the rest of the guests and headed to Pearl Harbor.....Along the way, we learned a lot of fun facts about Hawaii and some of the very famous people that have come from the Island. I believe our tour guides name was Ryan...and Congratulations to him on his baby girl...She should be born now...lol
We got there and had no problems because we read the Dos and Donts before we got there....We were able to walk around and take pictures. Our movie showing was at 10:30 and then after the movie, you catch the ferry out to the next part where they have the wall of names and they sincerely apologize about that exhibit not being able to be shown but that's because there was damage....There was another boat that we could have seen and there was a charge for that but we just didn't have enough time to check the boat out in detail so we just hung around for the last part and took pictures.
Very historical place to visit and a must see while you're in Hawaii....After we left we took the scenic route back to our drop off locations and got to see a lot of nice murals and Art and just other landmarks along the way we wouldn't have otherwise seen....So Thank you again for a wonderful experience......and it helps with the other guests are friendly and excited as you are!!!!!
