Begin at sunrise as you head out to re-live a striking historical moment in time at the World War II Valor in the Pacific Monument and USS Arizona Memorial. In this quietly moving place, you experience the history, tragedy, and heroism of the attack that propelled the U.S. into World War II. Take a boat ride out to the 184’ USS Arizona Memorial structure that actually spans the mid-portion of the battleship itself as it rests on the harbor floor.
The day’s journey begins in earnest. After passing through the center of Oʻahu and alongside Wheeler Airfield, one of the first targeted objectives of the Japanese naval attack, you head toward the North Shore. The famous Dole Plantation provides a refreshing stop. Feed the koi fish in the plantation fish pond or grab a sweet frozen pineapple DoleWhip® .
Catch the laid-back local rhythm of the North Shore as you pass through the small towns with just the right mix of surfing culture and country island-style. Sunset Beach. Banzai Pipeline. Waimea Bay. The shoreline’s famous names come to life as your guide shares fascinating local facts and tales.
Time to stretch your legs and discover where old Laʻie comes to life! The Hukilau Marketplace is a vintage throwback to 1950’s Hawaii where nostalgic foods, handmade goods and friendly locals give you a taste of the North Shore’s good ol’days. Enjoy a COMPLIMENTARY LUNCH BUFFET on us at the Hale Aloha OR wander the Marketplace and make your own choices amongst the varied island delights.
Turning towards the majestic power of the island’s lush and rugged mountain range, you rise up to the final battlefield where King Kamehameha fought to unify the Hawaiian Islands. Standing high on the windswept Nuʻuanu Pali cliffs, you can feel its wild and tragic history, an ancient parallel to the morning’s Pearl Harbor stories of bravery in the face of conflict.
Waimanalo. Sherwood Forest. Makapuʻu. Sandy Beach. These are the bodysurfing playgrounds that draw locals from all around the island.Beware. It is not as easy as it looks! Seabirds soar above the island’s windswept coastline where ancient lava fields descend into the sea. Halona blowhole, a natural underground lava tube, funnels plumes of ocean water into the sky in syncopation with the sea. Hanauma Bay hovers on the eastern tip of the island-home to a living coral reef and safe haven for fish and marine animals.
Early afternoon will find you turning back towards Honolulu, cruising around the slopes of Diamond Head, Hawaii’s most famous landmark.
Don’t forget your camera for photo opportunities galore. The young and young-at-heart will be entertained by island folklore and history shared by your guide throughout the day. It is the complete island experience for the whole family.

Our guide “shorts” was funny and very knowledgeable throughout our tour. Will recommend this to my friends
We toured on the Ultimate Pearl Harbor Tour. Our guide was Collins who was extremely knowledgeable about the entire area and current events. Pearl Harbor was very moving. Sad that The Arizona Monument platform was still under construction so not able to get close to monument. This is controlled by the Navy not by any tour group regardless of the company so...”Don’t kill the messenger!” Made several stops going on our Ultimate Circle-all of which very nice and different in every way. Surprised that we just drove past Diamond Head, but once again that must just be the “norm”. Excellent tour; excellent guide! Could not go wrong. 10 hours of information and another check off the bucket list.
Our tour guide, Shorts, was the absolute bestest. He is extremely knowledgeable and articulate. He took us to places we would not have found on our own.
What an amazing day!! Our tour guide/driver Rocky was THE BEST!! We were looking so forward to this tour and he made it even better! So knowledgeable about the places and so kind and polite! He knew how to get us in and out timely at each place without feeling rushed so we could see everything the island had to offer. Our family highly recommends this tour and if you can, request Rocky!!
It was a long busy day but we got to see alot of the area and Vanessa was really informative. Would have liked longer at the Pineapple Plantation. Great day.
Loved everything but I would have liked to have been able to go more at my pase. Being that we were in a tour we felt a little more rushed that we had to be in certain places at a certain time. Other than that we loved it. Very informational.
Loved our day out with Lisa. An amazingly informative, friendly and funny lady. Very knowledgable tour guide. Great driving, safe and helpful to all on the day.
Highly recommend the tour and Lisa!
Rocky was a wonderful guide. Highly recommend the boneless braised ribs at pounders. All in all, one day covers it all and spend the rest of your time on the beach.
SO HAPPY WE DID THIS TOUR-IT WAS SO GREAT AND WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO SEE THE ENTIRE ISLAND. OUR GUIDE, COLIN, WAS GREAT. ALSO GLAD WE DID NOT USE A BIG COACH BUS BUT THE SMALLER ONE WAS SO NICE. WE USED NOA AND IT WAS EXCELLENT.
This tour was with a company called e noa tours. Our driver was Rockie. We loved the whole day from start to finish. Most knowledgeable tour guide I've ever had. Crammed so much in, excellent lunch incl. Highly recommend
We had a great tour guide. The tour was amazing. Seeing the USS Arizona was a sobering experience. After that, we toured the entire island and stopped to see all of the sites I have read about. Had lunch at Pounder's and the food was great.
A very good way to explore Oahu in a day. Our tour guide Aaron was very knowledgeable about the island and culture, and kept us all entertained with his commentary on the bus during the day. Pearl Harbor was a real highlight - in the 1.5 hours that we were there, we got to learn more about the history of the attacks, explored the museums and took a trip out to the USS Arizona Memorial which included a short documentary beforehand. Rest of the day involved a few stops - delicious pineapple ice-cream at the Dole Plantation, beautiful Northshore beaches, lunch at the Polynesian Cultural Centre, a macadamia farm, the Halona blowhole - just to name a few! As others have said, the start is an early one and it is a big day about 11 hours for us but this was a great way to get a taste of what's on offer on Oahu and to see which places you'd like to explore more at a later date.
My daughters and I did this trip on the day after arriving in Waikiki. Although it was a long day pick up at 6am it was thoroughly enjoyable. Our guide was excellent and very knowledgeable he literally spoke the entire day with a running commentary of fascinating facts. There were regular stops and it was an excellent opportunity to see the island. We particularly enjoyed visiting Pearl Harbour. I highly recommend this tour.
If your taking this tour do it in the beginning of your trip. It gives you a glimpse of just about everything you should see while visiting this Island. The guide was very knowledgeable and can answer just about any questions you may have. I highly recommend this tour!
saw so many beautiful things guide cousin shorty was very informative and funny
Great Tour, able to squeeze in many areas of the island in a day. We were able to get our bearings to see what we would like to see .
Great tour, the guide was awesome, made sure we saw Pearl Harbor with spotty conditions and we got to see the whole island. It was great. Couldn't have been happier with the tour. Our preschoolers really enjoyed it too.
This was a great tour. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see a lot in a short time. It was a very early start 6am, hard to take on holidays but well worth it. The Pearl Harbour tour was great. Lucky we had an early start cause at 7am there were people already lined up to go in. The drive Noah, hope correct spelling if not I apologise was great. So funny and so informative. His knowledge of the island was amazing. We had a very memorable day. Loved it.
