Would come back again with family and freinds. VIP was worth it. I learned a lot. Loved seeing every thing untouched.
Great tour of Memphis followed by the Elvis Experience including the home, airplanes and museums in the square. Our driver and tour guide was very good and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our day in Memphis which finished off with a delicious meal at the Blue City Café on Beale St.
My Best friend and I went for her 65 th Birthday! Excellent would recommended everything except Vernon’s cafe over priced food and most didn’t taste that great! Bar b que beans tasted like vinegar! Drivers were friendly .
Everything was well organized, friendly and on time. The tour within Graceland let Elvis give the right honor and we took a lot oh nice impessios of his life and career. Rock n Roll never dies - Elvis neither !
This is a fantastic tour. No queues with VIP. Very moving to see where Elvis lived and all his belongings especially his aeroplanes. Tour guides were great too. Well organised and informative. Tricky to get a photo of the house with all the crowds outside.
This was the perfect way to see Graceland in one day. From being picked up in the parking lot of our downtown hotel to spending the day at Graceland everything was very well organized. We simply received our VIP passes and did whatever we wanted, as many times as we wanted.
The tour was great. And it was great to be picked up at the front of the Hotel and brought right back to our Hotel. We stayed almost all day. It was great. This is our first trip to Graceland since the Guesthouse was finished. The exhibits at Graceland were much more detailed than in the past, they have much more room now. I do wish that someday they would have a tour that included the rest of the house, that would be awesome. I think the savings we got by booking through Viator were great and I will use your service again.
Good auld Sam collected us for this tour and dropped us at Gracelands, this is a good tour and good value for money, staff in all areas are very polite and helpfull,we didnt leave here until they kicked us out then we went over to the Guest House Hotel for a drinkthis place in our opinion had nothing to do with the memory of Elvis, its purely a business venturestill a nice place to visit!!Dont be out after nightfall in this area!
I really didnt think Id enjoy Graceland, but my wife insisted on going. Im glad I made this tour. The VIP pass put us in front of the lines and imho worth the extra price. Michelle was our bus driver to and from Graceland, and she was an excellent driver with a great personality and made the tour that much more fun and informative. We will probably do this again when we return to Memphis.
Great trip, wonderful tour guides on the bus, lots to see and do and plenty of time to wonder around
The Elvis VIP tour was great they pick us up on time and we arrived with plenty of time to go through his house and see the planes and the expeditions which is amazing, It was well organised.
Hindsight from where we were staying we did not need the transportation as it was within a 10min drive but did not know that when we booked. We were told to be in the lobby at NO LATER than 9 am, and were not picked up until 9:30, then had to go to a central location to drop off other travelers to go on other tours then finally to Graceland. We did not get to start the tour until 10:30am, which we felt wasted at least an hour of our day. The self guided tour with the ipad and ear phones was GREAT! we really enjoyed being able to go at our own pace and then actually went through the house a second time to see the things we missed the first time around there is a lot to see!. We would recommend the VIP tour but not the transportation easy to get to and only 10 a day to park
Loved this trip - it was my birthday which made it even more special. Was not at all disappointed, the only thing I would say is the transportation on the return journey was at 1, 3 and 4 oclock, you could do with one at two oclock which just gives you the extra hour to look at all the exhibits without having too rush, as the three oclock return was just too long - otherwise great trip - would recommend.
Our tour guide was Michelle. From the time we were picked up at the Peabody a Hotel, she was in control. In a good way. She remembered everyone's name and made sure to use their names when answering their questions. She had so much information on Elvis and Graceland. Touring Graceland was great. Had a little trouble navigating the iPad at first, but worked it out.
excellent from start to finish. picked up and dropped off at hotel. drivers were friendly and informative. instant access at graceland and then left to enjoy visit at your own pace. choice of 2 pick up times to return to hotel.
My husband and I visited Graceland for the 40th Anniversary in August this year - we purchased the VIP tour tickets which allowed us access to Graceland and the new build finished in spring of this year - it was a fantastic experience. We spent 6 hours looking at absolutely everything from the Graceland mansion to Elvis' jet planes and many items of interest without having to wait in queues. We will never forget the experience and it was a privilege to be a part of the 40th anniversary celebration since the King died
Using the VIP means you can skip the queues which is great when there are loads of people there all trying to get in and then getting the transport out!! You also have entrance to exhibits that not everyone does like all the cars and motorbikes. The diners that are on site are really good with reasonable prices. The house is awesome you can almost feel his presence as you are walking about it and when I was in the Jungle Room I closed my eyes and I could hear him laughing. The walk past the grave was very, very moving and I was lost in my own thoughts. Then it was off to the planes the Lisa Marie you could walk through which was amazing, the other smaller jet you could just look into. The whole lay-out with the new complex is brilliant we were there for about 6 hours!! Even if your not an Elvis fan just go you may be converted.
