Food was amazing. Boarding and disembarking was very orderly and moved quickly. Dining room very clean and looked re-done. The brunch was out of this world. I'd like the recipe for your shrimp and grits . The gentleman speaking the tour was excellent. Loved " the steamboat stompers" just the kind of music I was looking for in NOLA
Great staff, good views and excellent food made this one of our favorite tours. The precision that everything happened on the boat trip made this a pleasure to be part of. Would take the tour again without thinking about it. Soo much to see and learn.
It was a nice tour got to chill and relax and looked at the view with good food and music really liked it
It was a great experience. They have live band. They have buffet. They have Southern Specialty food like bread pudding, banana foster with ice cream and grits. They have someone explained some of the history about New Orleans on the river.
Prior to boarding we were treated to a man playing music on the top of the steamboat. We were directed to the buffet area to choose a table and given a card to place on the table to reserve it as ours so we could then head up to the outside seating are to enjoy the views without worrying about losing our seats inside. Food was delicious although there were not many choices but the mimosas were wonderful! I highly recommend and will be doing this again.
We had an amazing time on the Natchez! With its rich history and transcendent music, it was easily one of our favorite moments in NOLA. In addition, the food was amazing an we got more than enough to eat. I 100 recommend this tour!
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The narrator was very knowledable and explained pretty much everything we saw along the way. The brunch was OUTSTANDING and much more than I expected. I will do this again if ever I get back to the area.
Sunday brunch whilst enjoying live jazz music meandering down the Mississippi river - this is what you imagine when planning a trip to NOLA and the Natchez did not disappoint. We were so glad to have selected the brunch option for this tour and this allowed us to sit back in comfort within the dining area with a table reserved for the entire cruise - allowing the ability to roam the ship and take in the steam room before retiring for a cocktail or two and listening to the wonderful music. The experience was everything we envisaged and more and was a great way to start the week.
Had such an amazing time. Buffet stayed fully stocked with hot food and friendly servers, the band was also a nice touch
Did the lunchtime brunch cruise. Food was amazing, staff where attentive, the cruise was worth every dollar
Really nice activity. Did the Sunday afternoon brunch cruise. It was very crowded but once on the boat you didn't feel that it was that full. Lots of room for everybody to spread out. The brunch was excellent and the service was just as good. Will come back and do it again next trip to NO. Thanks!
We had a great Waiter that was from our home town Rob! The food and Entertainment were good. We got caught in a Thunderstorm during our trip. It was fine. Would do it again.
