We road the trolley multiple times, getting on and off at various stops. During that time we had 4 drivers. Each provided good information on the city. Things we would have never known without taking the tours. W also had a threat of rain so they provided ponchos to all riders.
Excellent way to see St. Augustine and learn of its history. Free parking was a bonus since parking is limited.
This tour is worth every penny! Guides are informative, funny and helpful. They cover all areas of St Augustine and make it easy to park with out paying. Parking is expensive in St Augustine this elements the cost. Our last guide Davy Jones was so much fun and entertaining. It is great to be able to take the beach bus on the 1/2 hour and see the light house or have lunch on the beach. Most importantly they run on schedule. Thanks for helping make are time in St Augustine stress free.
This activity was exceptional. It lasts about an hour and half if you stay on the trolley the whole time. The tour includes all of St Augustine's highlights and the trolley drivers make the trip interesting and informative. Be sure to hop off at the St Augustine Distillery and at the St Augustine Winery. From the winery you can walk to the Chocolate Factory. All three have tours and tastings. Highly recommend!
Great for providing an initial overview of interesting sites in this beautiful and historical city--stayed on for the entire trip and then visited places of special interest. Whenever I see a hop-on on hop-off tour available through Viator in any location, I take it. I rely on Viator for high quality experiences and appreciate the selectivity used in offerings made available to travelers in any locale.
Great tour as usual! The hop-on hop-off is the way to see the town as soon as you arrive. It gives you the opportunity to decide what you will do during your stay. Super great idea!
Super great way to see the area. Take the bus one time around then decide what you wish to hop-off and see, hop-back-on to the next. Great way to see the city!
All the pictures that this site shows of the trolley are of one that is the easily accessible to people with mobility problems. It is very low to the ground. That was the reason why we chose the tour through this site. Unfortunately, they only have one of these trolleys in their entire fleet and it wasn't in use that day. All the other trolleys are much higher off the pavement, and are not easily accessible unless the wheelchair lift is used. When you use the wheelchair lift, there is only one stop that you can get on and off at. This one stop is a mile outside of town! So, if you are traveling with someone that has mobility issues, you may want to look elsewhere. I rated the review 5 stars just in case the website automatically filters out bad reviews.
friendly and safe drivers. very informative. It feels that they are very proud of their town when they speak of the history of all the sites. I recommend it if you want to get around the town and really experience the history of all.
So nice to have an easy way to travel in this busy city and have everything described to us while driving around. We had very good Drivers Wolftalker, Barbara and Ulrick! It was really nice!
This was a great choice for my sister and I and so glad we did it! Not only do you get to see all the sites but you get all the amazing history as well. Each one of our drivers seem to love their job and they were very good. We definitely recommend doing this and will do it again if I go back.
My daughter and I had a great time walking around and the guides were great! Especially Hazel in the Old Jail.
Best way to see St..Augustine is to use Hop On Hop Off Trolley. Very organized and great value, especially when you get to park for free. Best decision we took to use Hop On Hop Off trolley and see this historic city.
This tour was amazing! 3 days, so worth it. We left our car at the hotel and walked over to the trolley stop. Each driver was great! Loved it!!!❤
