My husband and I took the Night tour of the DC Monuments with our grandson and family. The Tour Guide Leon was great, entertaining and informative. We look forward to doing another tour with your company.
This tour is awesome! Brittany was so knowledgeable. Saw so much and learned a lot.Night tour is beautiful. The Korean memorial is haunting my favorite.
Brittany and Charles were excellent. I couldn't believe all the little facts she had remembered for each location. Great time with the family. The only attraction not well lit, and probably better during the day was the FDR Memorial. Everything else was awesome at twilight/night.
Loved all the fun facts, both the DC ones and those coincidental numbers! Had us laughing on a chilly night. Made all the difference.
We went on the night tour on Monday October 29, 2018 in bus 1503. We had a great time on this tour, despite us getting lost and holding up the bus for a few minutes when we got there. The tour was so well done and our tour guide was fantastic. She was funny and super knowledgeable. The information she knew was impressive. She had the quotes on the monuments memorized and dates to a T!. We really enjoyed the trip!!! The only downside was the children other people brought where were so badly behaved, but not the fault of the tour at all!!
We loved the Twilight Memorial Tour.....So very beautiful! We had an excellent tour guide and learned a lot about these impressive monuments.
We thoroughly enjoyed this night tour of Washington DC! The view (and breeze) from atop the double decker bus was fabulous. Our tour guide Deon was knowledgeable and entertaining.
A big thank you to Marie who rebooked my grandson and me on a twilight tour when we couldn't find our bus in a terrible rainstorm. She was very kind, and our tour leader,Dion, was full of energy and information, and made for a great evening.
Took my daughter on this tour, it is amazing during the daytime, but doing this at night really was special. The tour guides knowledge was an added bonus
I took this tour with my 18 year old Granddaughter who had just graduated from high school. Her graduation present was a trip to Washington DC. This was definitely one of the high lights! Great tour guide and transportation. Thank you Viator!
WOW! Our tour -- and in particular our tour guide Henry -- was spectacular. It was a very cold and damp night but Henry's expert details, funny anecdotes and engaging personality made for a very warm trip around the city. I can not rave enough about how fantastic this experience was. I was a chaperone for a group of students who came to DC for a Spring Break trip. I don't know that they were all that thrilled with the idea of the tour, particularly after walking around in the snow all day but from the moment we got on the bus till the moment the tour ended they were hooked. The best part of all is that they are still quoting things they learned from Henry. It is one of the most memorable aspects of our entire trip. Don't miss out on the opportunity to take this tour!!!
Will definitely do this again when it is warmer. Our guide was AMAZING!!!!
Dre is an amazing tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and had interesting stories for each site.
Many sites seen including but not limited to Washington monument, Capital Hill, Whitehouse, Vietnam War Memorial, Korean War Memorial, MLK Jr Memorial and FDR Memorial.
Level of information and detail provided was great.
Thanks to Chucky driver and Henry guide for their time and also for keeping the younger was interested and engaged.
Our personal favorite and the first tour we had upon arrival to DC. It was magical to see some of these sights in the shadows and lights. Did you know that the White House was highlighted in purple and orange lights for Halloween? There are fewer people around the monuments in the evening allowing for buses to have easier access to the areas.
I really enjoyed my tour with Henry! He was kind, funny, and best of all, he was very well versed in the details of the monuments. I have been to most of these monuments before, but never knew any of the tid-bits that Henry shared with us. One thing I would suggest I took this tour the end of October is to sit inside. We were freezing on the top but the bottom was full so we had no choice but to stay sitting up top. I would recommend this trip to everyone, but please note, there is a good bit of up/down and walking on this tour.
Our guide Henry, had lots of information that made the tour interesting.
Each site he gave us information on certain things to view.
Our driver, Charles was also very cheerful and helpful.
Would recommend this tour.
The tour was amazing and our tour guide Henry was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. Charles the bus driver was also great. Got us to all the sights safely and on time. We would highly recommend this tour to any one visiting DC.
One of the monuments was closed, I can't remember which, but we had a great time. Brittany was awesome, knowledgeable, and funny. You could tell she enjoyed her job and we were glad for it! Our favorite monument was probably the FDR memorial. Just watch your step, there are a lot of places to take a spill, and unfortunately one lady in our group did. She was fine, but it could have been bad. All in all, we loved the tour and would do it again in a heartbeat!
