What does it take to put on a show of medieval proportions? For starters, a stable of 30 horses, 10 of which are used in each performance. The swords are titanium and create sparks during battle sequences. Over the course of a year, approximately 3,900 lances are smashed in the furious jousting competition.
Such is the spectacle that is Tournament of Kings. The show begins with a visit from Merlin, who explains that each section of the audience is a ‘country’ and each country has a king. Prepare to cheer for yours as the show begins.
King Arthur gathers the rulers of Europe for an extravagant banquet and competition. The kings test their knightly skills while riding horses. But here’s where things get interesting: The generous hospitality of King Arthur is met with hostility when the evil wizard Mordred invades the party. The kings of Europe must unite to defeat him.
Be a guest at the banquet. Start off with a delicious bowl of ‘dragon’s blood.’ (Here’s a secret: it’s actually tomato soup.) Feast on a hearty Cornish game hen and veggies, plus bread and dessert. In true medieval fashion, eat using your hands; there are no forks or spoons. And don’t forget to raise your glass and give a hearty toast to the kings.

We loved the show. The food was great and the show was very entertaining.
Enjoyable evening, food was ok, but could have been a better.
I loved it. But fair warning to guys out there, my girlfriend gave it a 4 out of 10. She said I was cheering and waving like a little boy. Well, that's the point of the show, isn't it?
Full of fun

Had a ball
Had great seats and the show was very good. Served a Cornish hen with broccoli and a potato. Also dessert. We were there for our Anniversary and truly enjoyed the show.
We had great seats for the Tournament of Kings show! We really felt like we were part of the action as the dancers and kings walked by and acknowledged us. This is a great show to take your family to. Highly recommend.
Loved the Tournament of Kings show at the Excalibur! The jousting and fighting events were cool to watch and we really enjoyed the dinner. Tons of action with a bit of singing.
I went to the Tournament Of Kings and it was fantastic, we were standing in line and you could feel the excitement from the guest waiting to get into the show. When we got into the show we were seated in sections of different countries. We were first served soft drinks and then hot tomato soup which was delicious. We were able to take picture before the show. Merlin The Magician was going through the theater greeting everyone as they came in. We were served our dinner which consisted of a Cornish game hen, small red potatoes, vegetable, roll and a Apple strudle for desert. Once the show started, a parade of drummers, warriors and maidens came out paraded around the theater, and Merlin the Magician entered the from the castle and gave instruction of no cell phones or pictures during the show. The show started out with an explosion and the introduction of the Kings from each country which you would cheer for the King of the section you were seated in. The Knights feasted at the round table while the maidens danced around them before the chivalry and treachery games began to determined the champion. Everyone was cheering, roaring and being rowdy pounding on the table for their own king to win. While the games were going on the Evil Dragon tried to kill the kings and take over the kingdom and fights erupted between the Dragon and the kings. The Dragon killed King Arthur and tried to kill his son to be the king of the castle. The kings son finally won and became the king of the castle. It had a lot of excitement and explosions with fire throughout the show.It was a very exciting and enjoyable show for the entire family.
Was pleasantly surprised at what a unique and awesome experience this was, I've highly recommended it to friends already, and thoroughly enjoyed an interactive night.

This was very enjoyable. Thought the show was well run and very enjoyable. I would like some bread for the soup but apart from that it was great.
I went when I was younger and let me just say it’s just as exciting as an adult! Great food and definitely worth it. The whole audience was entertained. I would definitely go again. Great place for celebrating, they even acknowledge birthdays!
