Kelsey Beth was extremely informative and passionate about the cities history. We loved learning about all of the people that gave this city its past and present. She even went out of the way to show us some things that weren’t on the tour that we wanted to learn about. Thank you KB for a wonderful morning!
With the massive heat wave going through Savannah, Kelsey Beth managed to keep us in the shade whenever possible. She loved answering all the questions from our GS troop. She was a wealth of knowledge!
Jackie was very knowledgeable and provided a historical context for the 'squares that make Savannah famous. She also recommended places to which we could return. In our case it was the The Green-Meldrim House beside Madison Square. We were able to return a second day and have our bearings plus follow up another recommendation - the historic homes on Ogelthorpe.
Wonderful tour with an excellent guide. Learned so much history. Would definitely do this again.
We really enjoyed this walking tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Highly recommend this tour.
OUR GUIDE WAS EXCELLENT! EVEN THOUGH OUR TOUR WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO ENCOMPASS THE FOUNTAIN HE TOOK US UP THERE SINCE ALL OF US WANTED PICTURES. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HAD AN EXCELLENT GRASP OF THE HISTORY AND POINTED OUT SEVERAL SIGNIFICANT FACTS AS WELL AS A FEW GHOST STORY REFERENCES THAT WERE ALSO VERY INTERESTING. HE DIDN'T SEEM TO MIND THAT HE WENT OVER THE ACTUAL TOUR TIME AND CUT IN TO HIS LUNCH HOUR. OVERALL, A VERY INTERESTING EXPERIENCE.
Highly recommend starting your time in Savannah with this walking tour. Our guide was thorough in explaining significance, history and folklore we saw on the tour. He offered much information to help us make the best use of our time while in Savannah.
It was so informative. My wife and I had never never been in Savannah before this trip. The beautify of the city paralleled the history and the information that we gleaned. The recommendation of where to eat was the icing on the cake. Not to take the tour is foolish.
We had a fantastic experience on our walking tour. Brad was our tour guide. He was very pleasant and extremely informative about the history of Savannah. He contacted me the night before by text introducing himself by name and confirming our tour. We were fortunate to be the only 2 people for the tour so we had a very personal experience. I highly recommend this tour for an up close view of the beautiful city of Savannah.
Extremely knowledgeable guide. I have difficulty hearing and had no problem. We saw all the highlights of Savanna's historical district with many interesting anecdotes. We were running late and couldn't find a parking spot. Since I booked with Viator, the guide had our phone number. We weren't there 10 minutes early as requested so we got a call. Told him would be there at the time or a few minutes later. He said would start talking at the meeting spot and not to worry he would be there. I was very happy that Viator gave him my cell.
The best tour! We had the guide all to ourselves and she was funny., knowledgeable and interesting. Highly recommend this historical walk!
Interesting, knowledgable guide. Just what we wanted as an overview of beautiful Savannah.
Great day!! Our tour guide Brad was knowledgeable and informative. He even texted us to confirm the arrival spot and how to identify him. We walked around all of the Savannah and he told us many stories about the buildings and how Savannah started. We even had a question after the tour was over and texted him. He got right back to us and gave us the information we wanted. Great day!!
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and it was so interesting to learn the details about the history of this great city.
Keith was our tour guide and he did an excellent job! He was very funny and very knowledgeable about Savannah and its history. Would highly recommend!
Tour guide was extremely competent in history and current events of the Savannah area. Interesting, fun and informative.
Great tour -- our guide sorry, I've forgotten his name was very knowledgeable and led us through a slow paced view of Savannah including history, sights, and stories. Very enjoyable, highly recommended.
