This was recommended to me by lots of people who visit Chicago, and I wanted to do something special for my husband for a Father’s Day gift, so I got him this cruise. It was really enjoyable, the day was beautiful, our guide, Katie, was so knowledgeable, entertaining and pleasant to listen to. I learned so much and next time we visit Chicago we will do this cruise again!

During November 2017 we had a wonderful experience while on the Chicago Architectural River Cruise. It was a thoroughly absorbing and entertaining tour. We learned a great deal about the history of Chicago and its extraordinary architecture. The facilities on board were very good and our guide was a delightful woman whose knowledge and expertise were delivered to us in a most entertaining and interesting way. We would thoroughly recommend the Chicago Architectural River Cruise.

My companion and I were in Chicago late September and took the 4pm 90 minute architectural river cruise. The weather was perfect and our guide was very knowledgeable about the buildings and history of the city. We had a wonderful time! FYI - arrive at least 30 minutes early so you can find seats on the upper deck. We sat below, which was fine, but at times the upper deck overhang obstructed our view.

It is once of a life time experience on the Chicago River cruise. The tour was informative and breathtaking as you see all the views that walking on land couldn't give so relaxing and stress free. We took the cruise on a beautiful summer sunny day. The guide was knowledgeable of the history surrounding the area and all the famous buildings that have stood up against time reflecting the architectural beauty and importance to the community. We are a city people and this is a must if you are one of those kinds, but I'm sure it will be enjoyed by anyone.

The tour was Chicago from the water, with a very knowledgeable guide explaining what we were seeing. All the seats were good, although getting to the venue at least 30 minutes early insures you get the seat you want. However, I would not want to take this tour in bad weather.

As a first timer to Chicago, this river cruise was excellent. Beginning with the receptionist at the ticket office who was very welcoming and efficient. The ticket office facilities very good. The cruise guide was very informative and experienced as with the rest of the crew. The trip along both the North and South sides of the city was just the ticket for this short visit. The only down side was the weather.
