What to Expect What to Expect

This unique Pearl Harbor tour offers you a choice to visit the Battleship Missouri or the Pacific Aviation Museum on the day of your visit and then concludes with our popular Honolulu City historical tour.
This incredible all-encompassing tour provides our passengers the complete story of Dec 7, 1941, the day that launched the United States into World War II; that includes the entire Pearl Harbor Visitor Center tour, its museums, movie documentaries, and the official USS Arizona Memorial Tour.
The highlight of this tour is when you get admission to the National Park Service’s theater to view a 23-minute movie documentary on the bombing of Pearl Harbor and then you will board the US Navy shuttle boat to travel out to the USS Arizona Memorial.
Located in Pearl Harbor, the USS Arizona Memorial rests above the sunken battleship USS Arizona.  Here you will visit one of our nation’s most popular national monuments and stand in the shine room to view the names for over 1,178 sailors and marines who lost their lives during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.  Aboard the Memorial, you will also be able to view the oil that is still leaking from the USS Arizona and have a perfect view, close up view of the Battleship USS Missouri.
This tour’s next stop will be the USS Oklahoma Memorial on Ford Island, part of the active Navy Base at Pearl Harbor. Then you have an opportunity to visit either the USS Missouri Memorial or the Pacific Aviation Museum.
The "Mighty Mo", as she is fondly called, was the last major battleship built by the US, who's 50-year career spanned three wars and three generations of brave American fighting men and women. One of USS Missouri’s most important highlights was the Japanese surrender on her deck on September 2, 1945 in Tokyo Bay.
The Pacific Aviation Museum offers the only aviation experience in the US where you tour an actual battlefield and explore hangars that still bear the scars of the Dec 7th, 1941 attack. When you arrive at the Pacific Aviation Museum’s Hanger 37 you’ll watch a 12-minute documentary that showcases historical footage of the Japanese attack. Here you will learn how US aviation rose out of the ashes to inspire hope and galvanize the America to overcome that day forward during the Second World War. Your tour includes the official Pacific Aviation Museum Audio Tour and you will be able to view dozens of US military aircraft including an authentic WWII Japanese Zero and US Wildcat fighter aircraft.
After your Pearl Harbor tours, the group meets up for our deluxe Historic Honolulu City Tour that includes popular landmarks including Chinatown, the statue of King Kamehameha, Iolani Palace, Washington Place, and State Capitol Building. Then it’s on to the National Cemetery of the Pacific in Punchbowl Crater.

Very emotional and beautiful. History at its best. We were blessed to see a veteran who survived Pearl Harbor who was there signing his book about Pearl Harbor. A must see.

This was a great tour that included both the USS Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri. Andrea, our driver gave interesting facts about Honolulu, Waikiki and Pearl Harbor on the way. She was very good at giving clear instructions on what we needed to do and how to manage our time while we were there. Once you're in Pearl Harbor you're in the hands of military staff rather than the driver. We had a set time for the Arizona Memorial and then had to manage our own time for the USS Missouri before our pick up time of 1.30pm. There was plenty of time at the Missouri to get a good feel for the ship. You can't take bags into Pearl Harbor but there is a bag check that you can pay for. Make sure you take a hat and wear sunscreen. On the way back to Waikiki Andrea took us on a few detours and provided some more interesting facts.

Very well organised and plenty to see. Quite overwhelming based on the history of the location and the lives lost. Worth a look back in time and very real experience.

Disappointed in the pick-up and return process. Significant delays were encountered on both counts which shortened our visit experience. Driver seemed confused at times with technologynew van A/C, smart phone name lists and handing our entry tickets. For the price we paid, we should have had access to the submarine and nearby museum.

Tour company was great. Driver was courteous, prompt pick up and knowledgeable. Most people got there tickets quickly but those of us also taking the USS Missouri tour had to wait extra time for the driver to purchase the tickets.
I wish we had more time at the Pearl Harbor visitor center before hurrying to catch the return ride. We had to hurry off the Missouri and that left little time to take in the grounds and the shops.

We went on the tour with the Roysl Hawaiian Limousine Co. The evening before the tour we were contacted by the tour company to confirm the timing of our pick up and on the morning the driver, John, rang again to confirm the details. We were picked up on time and had a great tour.

The tour guide was vey informative. Be aware the tour is a drop off to the Pearl Harbor gate and you are on your own to get to the USS Arizona memorial and USS Missouri. It's not difficult but it is not guided either.

Although we had a rental car, we signed up for this tour because we were not able to get tickets to the Arizona Memorial without going through a tour company. After some on-line searches, we found Viator's alternative to suit our needs and were VERY pleased with the service. We arrived with nearly sufficient time to see the exhibits before viewing the documentary and visiting the memorial. However, we were RUSHED to see the USS Missouri and had to get a rain check to come back and see the Pacific Aviation Museum.

The tour to the Nat'l Punch Bowl Cemetary was ok but it was a drive-by with no time to get out of the van and see the primary monuments. The same is was the case with the downtown tour. There was a lot of pointing and explaining by the driver/guide but NO opportunities to step out of the van and take photos.

The driver/guide was VERY courteous, knowledgable, and helpful and the Mercedes van was very comfortable. If you want to see Pearl Harbar, and especially the Arizona Memorial, this is the best way. If you want to tour the downtown, I suggest another venue.

The tour was fantastic. The pick up was on time and the drivers were very polite and knowledgeable about the city. Once you receive your tickets, you are on your own and free to go at your own pace. I definitely recommend this trip. From pick up to drop off is about 6hrs.

The memorials themselves were wonderful. They were touching, educational and really spoke to us as Americans. You could see tears in the eyes of more than one person. Highly recommended for everyone.

This review, however, purely focuses on the package we purchased to tour the memorials. Pickup was on time. Chauffeur did an OK job. Price was very high for just a person to pick us up and dump us off at the memorial, where we pretty much did everything else ourselves. There was no guide, we just took a bus to the Missouri, and then back to the Arizona, and all the time we spent by ourselves. Finally, they just took us back to the hotel. No lunch was included. Take my advice: Take a cab or drive yourself instead and save the money.

A very stunning and surreal account of one of our nation's worst tragedies. Very knowledgeable Park Ranger guidance. The opening movie presents an enlightening description of the political tenor of the United States and it's involvement in the world during that period. The excursion to the Arizona memorial was chilling and the guided tour of the USS Missouri was well done and informative. Not to be missed!
