We had a day and evening visit here. Both were fabulous. the views were amazing. It was busy but not so much so that you couldn't see everything as you went round. While we were there it was sunny but it had snowed and this enhanced the views. All of the staff that we had contact with were helpful and really friendly.
When we did the evening visit it was misty and it made it so eerie watching the mist roll around the tower. We had a relaxing drink up there and just enjoyed this amazing tower. I hope to return here again one day and will use viator for booking the visit again.
It was an owesome experience. The best views of the city, for sure! the thrill of the tilt is fantastic. It's a must in Chicago visits.
The 360 Chicago is a must go place especially the twilight experiences.
The observation deck gives you a great view of the city and gold coast. Going up later in the afternoon allows both a daytime and dusk view if you have the time. Watching the sun go down and lights come on in a city is always interesting.
Great views of the Chicago skyline.
Clear day, went early in the morning so crowd numbers were not that high, so had plenty of time to walk around the observation deck.
Beautiful views of Chicago. The shoreline is breathtaking. I definitely recommend doing this during the day.
I take several international middle and high school students from around the World to the 360 Chicago Observation Deck
several times a year. They enjoy the view, the Tilt, and gelato. I enjoy the coffee and the comfortable seating area! It is
a hidden gem in the sky!
Thoroughly enjoyed 360 Chicago at the Hancock. Another tip: spend the few extra dollars and get the 2 admission, see the city during the day and return at night...spectacular!
Though this observation deck is not as high as the Willis Tower, it does have a 360 degree view. Also, tried the TILT, it was great. You stand in a window with rails to the side and lean out over the side of the building looking straight down at the ground. Fantastic! If in Chicago a must see.
