After being picked up from your hotel, travel the short distance in a comfortable coach with your guide to Iguazú National Park, where you'll spend your day on the Argentinian side of Iguassu Falls.
Don't forget your camera, as there’s nothing quite like this natural wonder, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature, where Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay meet. You’ll be amazed as 400,000 gallons (1.5 million liters) of water a second plummet onto the rocks below in a network of more than 270 waterfalls.
When booking, choose from the following two options (both options are a total of eight hours in duration; the boat ride with the jungle-truck option is slightly different, as it starts at the location where the jungle ride ends).
Tour with boat ride only (Option temporally NOT Available due to maintenance work at the pier) : Your guided visit takes you to the park’s three tiers, providing different views of Iguassu Falls. Follow the lower path to the base of the falls, an atmospheric world of mist and crashing water. Then take the upper path to the top for panoramic views from the footbridge over the waterfalls. Your guide will lead the way and tell you about the different features of the falls, but you’ll also have free time to explore on your own and get something to eat at a restaurant located in the park (own expense).
Then, get ready for the ultimate Iguassu Falls experience: a boat ride through the falls! Expect to get wet and be thrilled by this up-close encounter, after which you’ll dry off and be taken back to your Puerto Iguazú hotel.
Tour with jungle-truck ride and boat ride:
Experience both the jungle and the waterfalls of Iguazú National Park with this tour option. Hop on an off-road vehicle for a thrilling 5-mile (8-km) safari-like ride through the tropical forest, and marvel at the abundant variety of trees and flowers, including palm, ficus, palo santo, orchids and bromelia. Watch for butterflies of vivid colors in the foliage; maybe you’ll spot the red, black and white ones sporting a curious pattern on its wings in the shape of the number 88.
The jungle-truck ride ends at Macuco Port, where you’ll climb aboard a motorboat and cruise for 4 miles (6 km), the last mile of which you will zip through the rapids of Iguassu River Canyon. Approach tantalizingly close to several waterfalls, including Three Musketeers, U-shaped Devil’s Throat and the impressive San Martin falls. Disembark and take a break at San Martin Island, after which you’ll be taken back to your Puerto Iguazú hotel.

Promote in pick up and transfer to the Iguazu Park. Great walk along the upper Falls and then the boat ride. After that a train ride to main falls above the Devils throat.
Julio was our guide and he was great by speaking in both English and Spanish.
We had a blast . many people, groups choose different sections, would have been good if separate for adventure boat tour from others but the highlight other than the great views was the waterfall boat tour.. lots of fun.. and very wet! Can use Visa for gate entry but need passport ID otherwise cash
Even though it was raining for the walking section of the tour, this did not spoil the fantastic views. The boat ride was awesome. It takes you right under the falls with tons of water falling right on top of you. Warning : do not have food in front of or around the monkeys and coaties!
Recommend you do the tour with the option to do the board ride at the bottom of the falls - it was the most fun we had! you will get completely soaked by going close to the falls. At the beginning of the tour we went through two trails - I preferred the second trail as you get a different view you'll do both anyway. January is a busy time and high-season so lots of people are around but the tour guide really kept everyone together.
This was an amazing experience. The Falls are breathtaking and this is the only real way to experience them! The boat ride took us under the falls and we got soaked, but we loved it! The only tough part was climbing the 300 steps afterwards in soaked clothing and shoes. We highly recommend this tour!!!
We had a great day. Iguazu Falls is a truly amazing place to visit. Our guide Miguel was excellent. Very good English. We arrived early and got off to a good start on the first train to the furthest part of the park to see Devils Throat Falls. Great pictures awesome sight. From there Miguel expertly guided us around the park to view all the waterfall sights. We were not able to do the short waterfall boat ride as planned as it was not operating so Miguel arranged tickets for us at additional cost on the longer tour with jungle bus ride and waterfall tour. This was more strenuous than we anticipated but we did enjoy it. An excellent day.
This tour was just amazing. Manuel was excellent. The falls were spectacular.
Unbelievable tour! The water fall boat ride was such a great, once in a life time experience!
I didn't book the waterfall ride, but after we left the hotel on the pickup bus, I was informed the boat ride I had booked was cancelled and I could do the waterfall ride or have a partial refund. Later I realised the change may be because the Isla San Martin was closed. Anyway I decided to go ahead with the waterfall boat ride and it was exciting and exhilarating. I would strongly recommend it. Of course we became absolutely drenched through - even wearing raincoats. And we did not have a change of clothes as we expected a sedate boat trip away from the waterfalls. The guide Miguel was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything in English the tour: train, walk, train, walk, boat, truck etc. and answered all our questions about the history, flora, fauna etc. We were happy to be in his familia! The truck ride was not worth the effort. We did not see any animals and the flora was not very exciting. The guide on the truck tried hard to make it interesting and showed us photos of butterflies, snakes etc. The pick-up/drop-off arrangements were on time.
If you visit Iguazú and do not do this tour, you really will not have taken advantage of the visit.
Fantastic trip - the boat ride is thrilling. Wear your swimsuit under your clothes and take it off when you get into the boat. They give you a rubber bag to put everything in. You will be totally drenched. Remember to take a towel and change of clothes. The guide was great, explained everything in English and was truly caring of the group. She is one of the best VIator guides I have had.
It was well organized, on time and the guide was a professional who is knowledgeable and concerned about her herd of tourists.
Great tour guide! Had an amazing experience. He even shared some extra gear.
