Following a private transfer from your hotel in Buenos Aires to the seaport, enjoy the sights as you relax on a ferry ride to Montevideo. Once you arrive, take a private 4-hour tour of Uruguay’s exciting capital city as you visit the most attractive neighborhoods and discover the historic sights. You will have the services of an professional private guide and driver who will pick you up and be your personal guide for the day.

Go to the Port Market, the central hub of everyday life in Montevideo. Then, visit Independence Square and see the grand 56-foot (17-meter) high statue of Uruguay's national hero Jose Gervasio Artigas, the revolutionary who is referred to as the “Father of Uruguay".

See Art Deco and colonial architecture as you tour and take a breather at “El Prado", Montevideo’s romantic park where you can wander past meadows, rose gardens and fountains. After a short break, explore the local neighborhoods of Carrasco, Punta Gorda and Pocitos, meeting locals and learning about their daily lives in this vibrant city.

Taste the traditional Uruguayan cuisine with an inclusive lunch. Then, continue to the promenade, where you can stroll along one of the most beautiful beaches of Uruguay, before your return journey to Buenos Aires by ferry, bus (via Colonia) and private transfer back to your hotel.
