What to Expect What to Expect

Enjoy this unique half day tour to visit Iguazu falls, from brazilian side.

Iguazu Falls was created as the result of a volcanic eruption that left a large crack in the earth. Taller than Niagara Falls (and twice as wide), Iguazu consists of 275 cascading falls spread out over nearly 2 miles (3.2 km) in a horseshoe shape. During the rainy season, between November and March, the rate of water that flows over the falls can reach more than 450,000 cubic feet (12,750 cubic m) per second. In short, it’s a phenomenal natural wonder that you’ll want to see from as many angles as possible.Leaving Puerto Iguazú behind, you'll cross the border into Brazil and visit Devil´s Throat, the largest waterfall in the region and one best seen from the Brazilian side of Iguassu Falls. Here, you'll watch as 14 falls drop 350 feet (107 meters) with such force that a 100-foot (30-meter) tall cloud of mist stays permanently suspended overhead. This area famous is famous for its rainbow, and great photo opportunities abound! For a close-up of the falls, walk through the subtropical forest of Iguacu National Park to the base of Salto Floriano. Then take the elevator to the top of the falls, or walk out over the falls at Salto Union.

Then, visit to Parque Das Aves.

Parque das Aves is an internationally recognised rescue and conservation centre for birds, located in the middle of the rich and exuberant Rainforest, neighbour of the Iguaçu National Park. It's an essential tour for those who visit Foz do Iguassu, where you'll experience a direct contact with more than 1400 birds from about 150 different species. There are 16.5 hectares of lush Atlantic Rainforest maintained to provide the best habitat for our animals.

This is a tour like no other. It is an unique and unforgettable experience in which you will find amazing birds from all four corners of Brazil and from various parts of the world, many of them endangered. Enter our immersion aviaries to feel the beat of wings from vibrant macaws and look into the eyes of a toucan.

There is plenty to feel and enjoy - beauty is everywhere and that is what motivates us every day to work for the preservation of our fauna and flora. We take into our care birds that are no longer in condition to continue living in nature and keep them in an environment where they can live happily.

You are an essential part of this project. All you need to do to help preserve it is to enter into the experience with all your senses.
