Iguaçu Falls are the largest series of waterfalls in the world, with 275 jumps, surrounded by the exuberant Brazilian subtropical forest. The one kilometer trail is done on foot and visitors pass by lookouts, bridges, lifts and have the opportunity to visit the souvenir shops, where you can buy souvenirs of this beautiful waterfront. It is possible through the path to have a postcard view of the Iguaçu Falls. Wild animals enjoy tourists, including the friendly Quati, which abound in the nature of the national park. Birds and butterflies give a special color to the place. The park has parking, visitor center, restaurant and a gastronomic center. Directed by the Chico Mendes Institute for the Conservation of Biodiversity (ICMBio), the federal agency responsible for the management of Brazilian conservation units, Iguaçu is an example of integration between conservation and sustainable use of natural resources.
