the tour is best for those who would like to know a little more about this great city, the people who built it and contibuted with various way. Carol, our guide, shared us with colorful details in very good English.
This was a Very good tour in order to get a quick overview of the City Enjoyed it very much and the Tour Guide was very good
This car/walking tour of Santiago, conducted by our guide Vanessa and driver Jack, was truly an experience that provided us with sights across the city that gave my daughter and me a real sense of the city in all its aspects: culturally, politically, economically, and socially. We saw by car the beautiful view of Santiago from the high point of St. Christabel. And we saw where the nightlife takes place in Bella Vista, where people buy food in the marketplace, where people shop in downtown, where people worship, and where the government conducts its business. Vanessa gave us an enormous amount of information so I really feel we came away with an in-depth sense of what the people and the city of Santiago are like. It would have taken several weeks to find this on our own, and we could not have received all the information Vanessa knew. We were in Santiago for less than a week, so I was very happy with this tour of the city. I have to add that I was in England in May of 2018 and took two Viator tours there that were equally well done. I highly recommend Viator tours.
Thoroughly enjoyed this tour...our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable!
Claudio was a great guide. Knowledgeable and patient, with our request for a Starbucks stop! Loved the Plaza del Arms visit. Good tour, a must do in Santiago!
Both our driver and tour guide were really wonderful. Sights were explained history given. Time was provided to explore sights.
We found the tour comfortable and well worth doing a private tour. Our guide did speak excellent English which was extremely
helpful . Thank you
Tour guide and driver were fantastic. They really helped us get a good overview of Santiago.
This was a good tour gave us a good overview of Santiago. I would recommend this tour,
This was a great personal introduction to Santiago, which is a wonderful city for four of us traveling together. From our pick-up at our in-town hotel, we learned from Carol and Rodrigo about the city and country history, saw the major sites government, old churches, old homes and gardens of times gone by, museums, and learned about the development of Chile from the indigenous peoples to the Europeans who came in the 1500s. We walked some and drove around some it was a nice mix of being out but avoiding steep hill climbs. It provided enough of an overview to later explore in more depth on our own. We enjoyed it so much, two of us booked a separate private day trip to nearby Valparaiso and the wine country also highly recommended on our return to the city. We found the Chilean people to be very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe. Carol and Rodrigo both had excellent English skills, and were eager to share their country with us.
Great overview of Santiago. Both our guide Claudio and driver Angelica were outstanding.
There were only two of us on this tour. Very intimate and took us to places throughout Santiago and plenty of time to enjoy each stop and walk around the various stops. This is a recommended orientation tour for anyone new to Santiago
We only had two nights in Santiago so wanted to see as much as possible. Our Viator 3 hour highlights tour was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend.
It was a good trip for half a day and the guide was very knowledgeable.
Excellent presentation, professional guide - he did a favor for us by waiting for us due to our flight delay.
Very good privbate tour. Guide was very experient and knows a lot about history of chile.
What an incredibly knowledgeable guide Rodrigo was. What he didn't know about Santiago isn't worth knowing. A wonderful half day experience visiting all the key spots - well worth the tour if you're short on time as I was. The chauffeur's driving was skilled and Rodrigo was so helpful and patient. Thank you so much!
The tour gave us a great overview of the City.. and Claudio spoke excellent English. If you want to see the highlights, definitely worth it.
Sergio and Max were extremely wonderful. Sergio has an extensive knowledge of history and the sights around Santiago. The historical backdrop makes the sights and sounds that's much more interesting. Both Max and Sergio went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our enjoyment...not only on the tour but on our entire trip by giving us advice on other things we may want to see. Highly recommend!
