The entire tour was great from start to finish. The scenery was beautiful and our guide and driver were fantastic, very friendly and incredibly knowlegable, plus the picnic they prepared was great. Very highly recommended.
Beautiful tour. Hector was amazing and was very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the picnic spread they provided while we were at the lagoon. We would recommend this to our friends.
Our tour guide Frank was great! English was his first language so that helped us out a lot :) He is very knowledgeable about all things Chile. Also this trip takes you much further into the reservoir area than others - glad I picked this over the others! You should too!! Perfect picnic w great vino!
Tour was outstanding. Frank, our guide and Jimmy, driver were great.
Very knowledgeable about city and surrounding area and history of Chile.
Having wine and cheese in the Andes was a pure delight.
Highly recommend this tour and others by same tour group, Stamp Tours
This tour surpassed all our expectations. The weather was absolutely gorgeous at the Embalse el Yeso. The scenery is just breathtaking. It was the best experience ever! Before returning to Santiago we had brunch, which included wine and many delicious goodies. The driver and the tour guide were awesome they were always ready to answer questions we asked. This is a day trip you cant miss while visiting Chile.
Our tour guide was Frank. His English was flawless. Very friendly and fun to be with.
Cajon del Maipo views are breath taking. We had a great picnic, enjoying the views and drinking Chilean wine.
This excursion was everything we wanted it to be. We had a great time and our guide and driver were awesome. The drive up to the reservoir was interesting, and the scenery was beautiful. The picnic at the reservoir was the icing on the cake. I definitely recommend this tour.
the tour was very good.they picked us up at the time they fixed. The ride to the place was long and at the end road was not that good, other wise the place is amazing and the tour co is very good.We had a good picnic with wine and good food. We had a good time.
Long drive but worth it. Leaving early was a good idea to beat the traffic. Brunch at the lake was tasty. Scenery was spectacular. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable young guide.
The trip was awesome and our guide and driver very experienced! We had a wonderful time!
Three members of my family had a wonderful day trip to Cajon del Maipo. We were picked up at our hotel in a minivan, and our driver/guide drove us to the mountains. He was very interesting to listen to, and his English was great. It is about a 2 hour drive, and he provided a rest stop with clean facilities. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery! We were able to stop for pictures along the way. We had plenty of time to explore at Cajon del Maipo. There was also a picnic provided for us. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
Stamps Tour picked us up on time and both the driver Jimmy and the guide Frank were excellent and friendly. We had no regrets in choosing Stamps Tour. They provided water, wine, fruit drinks, sandwiches vegetarian on request, olives, cherries, and other savory items. There were a couple of stops on the way there and on the way back. While we enjoyed our trip overall, the main destination scenery was a little underwhelming compared to what we have seen in New Zealand and Alaska, or even the US and Canadian Rockies. This lake is a man-made reservoir for the dam. There is a lot of large truck traffic due to the mining industry. In some places, only enough space for single vehicle to pass. Some parts of the road are not paved bumpy ride and you are only a foot or so next to the edge. There are no facilities or cellular service available in the area. Once you make your return, cellular service will be available and toilets at a roadside restaurant are available. Bring 500 pesos each to use the toilet. We enjoyed Jimmy and Frank so much that we booked a different trip with them while on the tour. There is a lot of good commentary from Frank.
This is a fantastic tour and good value for the money. Emmanuel is a great tour guide and a wonderful host. I loved the places he took us to and the picnic he organized in the valley.
Gabriel took us on a fantastic trip to the Andes. Great views, information, and agenda, topped by a wonderful picnic with in an unbeatable location. Highly recommended.
This is a great trip. Driver and guide were the best. Make sure you have good walking shoes. The place is magic, nothing we ever seeing before. Absolutely love it. Must do if in Santiago
One of the best tours I've ever taken. It is so incredibly beautiful here. Emmanuel was terrific. Would highly recommend!
Fun...fun..fun. Had a great time. View was spectacular and picnic was delightful. A must-do in Santiago, Chile
