Enjoy convenient morning pickup from your hotel in Playa del Carmen, and travel with your guide to Tulum, the Walled City that boasts an enviable location. Mounted on the edge of a bluff, Tulum towers above the Caribbean Sea and a flawless white sandy beach. At the ruins, learn about the now-abandoned city that was only inhabited by Maya nobles, high priests and prominent citizens, and then enjoy free time on the nearby beach.
Afterward, visit Rancho San Felipe, a Maya community of 30 residents; part of your tour proceeds goes to the sustainable development of local Maya communities. Meet a shaman during a traditional purification ceremony. Afterward, take a short trek into the jungle and enter Sac Actun ("White Cave") and Nohoch Nah Chich ("Giant Bird Cage"), the Yucatán region’s second and third longest cave systems.
Follow your guide’s lead inside the caves, and learn about the discovery and ongoing exploration of the extensive underground river network that included passageways to Tulum. Arrive at a cenote (natural underground pool) and snorkel in clear waters, surrounded by dramatic rock formations like stalactites and stalagmites.
Next, travel within the lush forest aboard a Mercedes-Benz Unimog, a massive 4x4 vehicle. You'll stop to rappel your way down 40 feet (12 meters) to Yaxmuul, another cenote. Enjoy thrills through the treetop canopy along three ziplines; be prepared for a splashy ending. Wrap up your day with a satisfying buffet lunch of homemade classic Maya fare.
Then board your air-conditioned transport and relax during the ride back to Playa del Carmen. Your full-day tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel in the evening.

Just an amazing tour.. our guide Euri was amazing.. the Cenote, cave underwater snorkeling was a amazing experience.. I feel photos are pricy. I wish they had photo packages cheaper.
This tour lived up to our highest expectations. Our guide, Miguel, was terrific and we enjoyed spending the day with him. The blessing by the shaman in the cave was a nice note on which to start the day. The zip lines were thrilling, especially the one that ended in the river. The cenotes were unlike anything we have ever seen-- an incredible experience. The group 4 X 4 was funny because our driver was racing through that jungle like he was in an Indiana Jones movie, and we were bouncing and laughing. All in all, it was a great day and the best excursion I have had in any country.
This was an amazing day full of laughter, fun and great memories. Our tour guide Jonathan was amazing and very knowledgeable in every aspect and kept the group engaged, entertained and was very professional and made the trip worth it! Bring snacks, lunch isn't until 2-3pm.
Snorkeling in the Cenote and the underground cave was a great experience. Good mix of activities and would repeat this tour again if I had the chance.
Great tour! I had a group of 6 and we had a fun time. It's unfortunate that we couldn't take our phones with us for the water portion to take pictures but the staff onsight did a great job capturing all of our moments and provided us with the pictures at the end of the tour for a cost. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for some adventure while in Tulum. No experience is necessary to do the activities on this tour and you learn a lot of history.
Great day of fun! Eduardo was a great tour guide and made sure to engage the entire group in all activities. Lunch was sub-par but okay. One suggestion would be to offer alcohol options during lunch.
Overall----it was a great time.
What an awesome experience!! Everything on this tour was amazing including the lunch they provided. Ishmael was an incredible guide with lots of patience and knowledge. We will be taking this tour again when we get back to that area.
This tour was one of the highlights of our trip!!! Our tour guide, Christina, was so funny and amazing. From propelling into the cenotes, to ziplining 5 different lines, the shaman ritual, and snorkeling inside a magical cenote, I can explain how much my family loved this trip. Tulum was beautiful and we had roughly 1.5 hours to tour it, which isn't as long as I wanted at first, but it was a really hot day, and by the time our time was up, we were ready to go.
The buffet was really good too!
Our tour didn't last 10 hours like the description stated, and you can't take phones or electronics into the Cenotes and Ziplines. You can take a GoPro if you have it attached to a chest piece or headstrap.
Overall, phenomenal excursion!!!!!!
Love the tour it was outstanding, Cristina was our tour guide very knowledgeable excellent, tour love the ruins and the best was the Cenote snorkeling, its gorgeous the water is perfect even do the temperature in Jan was cool the water was excellent, ziplines lots of fun.
I took this tour on my birthday while visiting Playa del Carmen. What an amazing day! Ziplining, snorkeling, beautiful water and scenery -- what else could you ask for? The lunch provided was delicious. Then we went to see Tulum -- it was extremely hot, but well worth it. I highly recommend this tour. We had great tour guides and it was very organized.
This was a tour you don't want to miss!! And ask for Cesar because he is the BEST OF THE BEST tour guides. : It was just enough adventure to have a blast, but not so much as some people wouldn't be able to participate. The cenotes were like being on a different planet and propelling down into one, made it even more adventurous , the mayan shaman was such a beautiful touch--mystical and we even got to learn some of the Mayan language. We had been zip lining before but the one when we zipped into the water was a something different, and so much fun. The lunch food was better than expected--tasty, plenty and a great variety. Ceaser planned everything so we never felt rushed and we never had to wait for anything--how he did it, I don't know, perhaps he's a bit magical : We overheard some fellow explorers in our group say this was so worth the money and my husband and I could not agree more! We loved this!!!
This was a great experience. Went in September, it was very hot and humid but the Tulum ruins were beautiful. The ziplining was great! We went several times, more than I thought we would. 4x4 ride was all together with a group. I thought it would be individual or partner rides but it was still fun. Our guide was great, friendly and helpful.
The most amazing day ever. The tour was great the tour guides were very knowledgeable. Can't remember her name but she was Russian I think it was Anastasia She was great I have never done abseil before and I was a bit scared and was thinking not to do it but she walked me through and I went down the hole to get into the cenote. Thank you very much I am so happy that I have done it! We also had another girl in the group that was scared to do the zip line and she calmed her down as well. Fantastic effort from her! well done
Tulum was also great our guide there was funny and very informative. Overall an excellent experience which I can recommend! Great team, great day. Will do it again next time when I will be back
This was probably my favorite excursion off all time! Our guide, Euri I'm sure I spelled that wrong was AMAZING! I really can't say enough good things about her. She was informative and fun and everyone in our group had a blast hanging out with her for the day. We started with a tour of Tulum then she let us explore the ruins on our own for a while then we went back to the Jungle Maya Native Park where we swam, repelled, and zipped through the trees before snorkeling in a cenote. Simply an amazing day.
This jungle tour has everything from the ruins, to ziplining, to repelling down into AMAZING underwater cenotes and then a lunch prepared with quality from the Mayan family!!! Our tour guides were Miguel and Omar, ask for these two!!!!!
This was by far the best tour and experience in playa del carmen/cancun area. The cenotes were wonderful and just amazing, we had a great experience. The buffet lunch was also very delicious. I would do this again if I ever go back. You will love it.
This was an awesome fun-filled experience. The only downfall was it wasn't enough time in Tulum 1hour. But the tour guide was great, the view was beautiful, and the jungle was full of adventure.
