On time. Clean, comfortable and my family got all the information in English And the price is good. I highly recommended to all my friends and family
It's very good to see the city with the hop on and off bus. Highly recommend this. Make sure you ask for an ear plug for English audio guide.
This one was really good though we did not have enough time because my husband and I took this tour the day we arrived in Mexico City so it was late in the afternoon already after we found the hotel to get out wrist tag. We just took one straight ride to get everything and it was already dark. Anyway, we got a lot covered the next day.
It was great. However, I waited almost 1 hour to get a bus on a specific stop in Mexico city.
Great for city one-day. Orients you in the most important ways!
I would recommend this tour to anyone that has a lay over in Mexico City. The tour guide was very informative and gave us recommendations for lunch and they were very accommodating when it came to picking us up at the airport and dropping us off.
The bus was not crowded. It was clean and comfortable. The driver did a wonderful job in heavy traffic. We saw what we wanted to see in Mexico City.
The process to obtain the wristband to board the bus was horrible. The hotel one had to visit to obtain the wristband was VERY difficult to find for the LOCAL Uber driver! He was very helpful by asking people on the street and eventually calling the hotel number listed on the confirmation printout. I considered a 2 star rating but that would be unfair to the rest of the tour and tour staff. They were helpful and kind.
very flexible, we were able to get on and off when we wanted too, Drivers were very professional! Better for them to drive than us!! It was a lot of fun. We were not informed that we could have taken the other loops to other parts of the city. wish we would on know that, other than that it was great!
A must do for anyone visiting Mexico City. You see the most and plenty on the Central Loop, but I recommend connecting to the Southern Loop at the Cibeles Fountain as well. Don't be afraid to get off the bus as many times as you want and explore. In my opinion, this is the best way to see Mexico City.
