A visit to one of the ancient cities that do not require special presentation, "Chichen-Itza". Here you will get acquainted with the history of the city and Indian tribes, see the legendary pyramid of Kukulkan, the temple of Warriors, the sacrificial well, the astronomical Observatory, also known as "Karakol", a field for ritual ball game "Pok-ta-Pok" and many other impressive buildings, full of the secrets of history, myths and legends.

Stop At: Cenote Ik kil, Carretera Costera del Golfo 3 Kilometros de la zona arqueologica de Chichen Itza, Chichen Itza 97757 Mexico

Swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the mineral karst lake (cenote) IK-Kil, which is well know among travelers for its incredible beauty and the "Avatar" movie like scenery.

Stop At: Las Coloradas, Rio Lagartos Mexico

Exploration of the nature of the Ria Lagartos biosphere reserve, where you will wade on a boat through the mangroves and crocodiles looking for the flocks of pink flamingos.
Descent to the valley of the pink lakes "Las Coloradas", where due to the high concentration of salt and minerals, the water has acquired a rich pink color, and its consistency can be compared with the waters of the dead sea.

We really enjoyed our visit. Our guide Arturo was excellent and he accommodated our needs throughout the trip. Only complaint was that it was very pricy so for a private tour that started very early I would have expected some kind of breakfast to be included.
