A photographer accompanies your small group for your convenience, allowing you to focus your attention on the sights. (Pictures are available online approx. three days after your tour.)
Stop at the coastal town of Pescadero, with a population of just over 2,300 people, and get to know the local industries. Visit a blanket-weaving factory and purchase one-of-a-kind souvenirs to take home; check out agricultural fields that produce organic fruits and vegetables.
Next, continue north to Todos Santos, a charming colonial town situated at the foothills of the Sierra La Laguna mountains. Located near the Tropic of Cancer, Todos Santos is a desert oasis partially surrounded by streams, orchards of mangos and palms, and colorful blooms.
Follow your guide for a walking tour of its historical center dating back to 1723. Swing by the town square, city hall, theater and a Jesuit mission church. Stop before an Aztec calendar and the monument of the gray whale and learn about their history. Visit the legendary Hotel California.
Check out the vibrant multicultural arts scene in Todos Santos and meet artists inside galleries. Head into shops to sample locally made candy and taste tequila, along with damiana, a local herb often used in preparing margaritas.

Tour guide was very interesting, had plenty of time for shopping and lunch. Enjoyed it very much.Recomend
We both enjoyed this Tour. Our guide was excellent, the transportation was comfortable. The knowledge of the area and personality was Number One!!!!!!
This is one fantastic trip. Our tour guild and driver were the tops and gave a great introduction to the area prior to our arrival. there was water provided under our seats alone the away. Dennis, played the music Welcome to Hotel California on the way and asked us what was the meaning behind the song? He will tell us when we arrived at the site. Boy what a surprise!! Our tour director introduce us to the artist at the different studios were we are able to talk to them about their work.
We were in Cabo for a week and didn't have a car. This day long excursion was well worth the money. We were picked up at our hotel on time and were with a small group in a new van. The driver and guide were both excellent. We stopped at a small weaving factory along the way and then were given a small walking tour of Todos Santos. We had enough free time to wander the shops on our own and have lunch at the Hotel California. So glad we took this tour as we would not of been able to get there on our own.
Very well done from pickup to drop off. Our Guide was a wealth of knowledge thru out the trip. The Blanket Factory was very interesting and had beautiful pieces of work. The town of Todos Santos was fun with so many places to view their wares and buy. We ate at the Hotel California and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this trip to everyone.
Todos Santos is an interesting little town with several artisan run galleries for paintings, sculpture, handicrafts and jewelry. Most shops however are simply run of the mill chotchke emporiums like you can find anywhere else in Mexico. The Hote California visit is nothing you could not do yourself and only perpetuates a historical inaccuracy that this is the inspiration for the song.
The guided walk through town is not much more than an escorted stroll up a few streets and into a few of these galleries. Other stops on the tour are of questionable value or use of time, in particular the Baja Bean roasters nothing more than a coffee shop in the middle of nowhere.
The tour was well organized and executed, but other than providing convenient transportation for our hotel to Todos Santos and back, had little to recommend or offer.
Not worth 5 hours of your time.
Sitting at the bar in the Hotel California, the best. Eagles still running through my mind. Walking around town, many artists and crafts. Beautiful countryside. We will definitely return again soon.
Knowledge tour guide. Comfortable and intimate setting , we have 11 people in the bus. Fun trip, beautiful drive, a very nice way to get out of touristy los cabos. Well worth the money. The blanket factory was definitely the highlight. Todos santos is also very beautiful.
Good side trip from Cabo to Todos Santos. Our guide Dennis was friendly and very informative about this part of Mexico. Made several stops along the way including a stop at a rug weaving factory and a coffee roaster. The rug weaving was very interesting, particularly seeing the amount of work involved in this manual process. Could have skipped the coffee roaster stop and allowed more time in Todos Santos. After a short tour of the town and some of its art galleries, we only had an hour and one half to explore which including time for lunch. But all and all, I would recommend this tour for those wanting to explore this area.
When you need a break from the party scene in Cabo, this is a great way to explore some of the history and towns outside of the Los Cabos area. Dennis, our tour guide, was a wealth of local knowledge, both in Cabo and the Todos Santos area. The tour lasts about 7 hours with travel, so be prepared for a full day. We got to experience the blanket factory, coffee roaster, the full Todos Santos tour including tequila and candy tasting and see the famous Hotel California.
The blanket factory was surprisingly entertaining and you can get some nice blankets for really great prices. In Todos Santos, if you're looking for high quality silver jewelry or some fine art, you'll find a number of options. For dining, I recommend going to Tequila Sunrise. It's cash only, but their Diamante Margaritas will knock your socks off. And for a place that we thought was going to be super tourist tacky, the food was very good as well.
I definitely recommend this tour for anyone looking to explore outside of Los Cabos. It's a fantastic way to get a little bit more background on the area and see some things you'd probably otherwise skip on a trip to Cabo.
This was a fun tour with a great tour guide! We really enjoyed watching the blanket weaving in Pescadero and seeing all of the beautiful things that are made there. Loved touring the Inn at Todos Santos-it's such a beautiful and quaint hotel. Shopping was fun too! The only thing we didn't care for was the restaurant where we had lunch of our own choosing. Really wish we ate at the Hotel California, which we found out about after the fact and learned that it was delicious.
This was a great tour, the guide, Dennis, was very nice and informative. The town was very nice and clean. Restaurant that was recommended was fantastic! If you have the time, take this tour.
Excellent trip -- Zak was wonderful. Very interesting and historic area. Lot of artisans!
This was a great trip. Very educational guide, beautiful landscape, good food. Well worth the few hours of your vacation time to learn some history of Mexico.
We had a great tour of Todos santos! Our tour guide was like a walking history book, which I thought was great. He also recommended a restaurant and stores to see, I'm sure he got a kickback but they were worth it.
Todos santos tour was fun and factual. Our tour guide zacharias was fantastic. We made many easy going stops: blanket factory, coffee bean factory with a stop at the coffee house and then an in depth tour of todos santos. We had a relaxing lunch and plenty of time to shop and explore the magical town. This was a great tour.
A great day! Our guide, Zacharias, was very friendly and knowledgable. Lunch at the Tequila Sunrise in Todos Santos was one of the best meals we have had take cash, cards are not accepted.
This tour was fantastic! My college-aged daughter, sister and myself did the tour. Our guide was very fun and knowledgeable. The town was so neat and the food was great. Shopping, tequela tasting and sightseeing - it was a great day!
