Wanted to thank the Viator Representative that helped us with this booking. We were leaving the next day and she made this tour happen for us, so thank you again! The tour was great, very informative and private. It was my husband and myself and it was amazing. The driver made numerous stops, such as the cocoa plantation we actually got to see the cocoa up close and was able to taste it- awesome experience, maracas we stopped for the bake and shark- a must, and toured the city. Amazing experience would definitely recommend.
I had a good tour, and the pleasure of Norman to show me round. Great guy and a interesting tour. Don't forget to put everyone on that Shark n bake !
My niece and I were very lucky to have Norman as our private tour guide. I want to really thank him for giving us not only an opportunity to learn about Trinidad's history but also to have the chance to appreciate the beauty of this country.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and took pictures at certain sites. I appreciated that he took me to places I wanted to see...got to see the kids carnival on Sunday!
We have never been to Trinidad, so we wanted to see the city we were staying in. Since we don't sit at the beach, we didn't want to spend the time and money for a beach tour, to be there for an hour or so then leave. This tour satisfied both desires in one trip.
Errol was our tour guide and he is so knowledgeable about the island. We toured Port of Spain and saw the Red House and many other historic sights. Errol even knew of the events happening around town that week to recommend other exciting things to do.
We then ventured over the mountains to Maracas Bay beach. It is awesome. While there, we had a chance to try Bake and Shark! Again, Errol knew exactly where to go. We then ventured back to town. It was a great 1/2 day trip and well worth it.
Again, Erroll did the most amazing job ever. he took the time to get you involved and was willing to answer any and all questions. Was very comfortable with his driving and his knowledge. He became my friend.
It was an amazing experience, thanks to our tour guide Errol. He arrived on time and started driving us around the city at first and stopping at points of interest . He helped us in understanding the culture and history of Trinidad with his experience and knowledge. He even offered to stop at specific points so that we could take pictures! The scenic drive through the rainforest was beautiful and picturesque. We drove to Maracas beach and spent time there savoring the beauty of the beach. We also dined on the local food there, bake and shark, something very good and also enjoyed local music! All in all a very worthwhile experience, thanks to Errol!
Errol was our wonderful guide for this Scenic Drive. He had a wealth of knowledge about the island and made Trinidad come alive for us. We saw much of vegetation, beautiful beaches, and ate a shark sandwich. Errol loved photography and he was always willing to slow down or pull over for pictures. He knew the history of the island and shared it with us as we went along. This a wonderful way to be introduced to Trinidad and a great tour.
Tour guide, Ulric, made my afternoon so interesting. He was extremely knowledgeable about his country and spent the whole time passing on his knowledge to me. Beautiful drive to Maracas Bay with a delicious bake and shark lunch. Then Ulric drove me around the streets of POS. Highly recommend this tour
We took the morning tour on Friday and I have to say the traffic was very hectic however we got to see a lot in half a day! Norman was very informative and we enjoyed our bake and shark and the views of Trinidad! The free time at Maracas was just what we needed after a hectic day driving in Trinidad
Had a great time, being hosted in Trinidad by Errol who is a friendly, very helpful, walking encyclopedia!
Erroll our driver was the star of this tour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. A tour well worth taking.

We had an excellent afternoon with Errol, our knowledgeable and personable guide. His vehicle was immaculate. We saw the sights of Port of Spain before driving through the rain forest and mountains to Maracas Beach. At Sam's we had Bake and Shark and ice cold Stag beer - delicious!
Errol went far beyond the call of duty, taking us shopping after the tour!
Be sure to ask for him by name when booking tours or drives in Trinidad: Errol Hassanali.
great low cost way to see the key sights in a half day driver most knowledgeable about history, politics etc and views of coastline/beach extraordinary.
Our tour guide, Ulrich, knew every secret nook of our itinerary. He took us to the most gorgeous views of the city, of the sea, of the mountains, better than anything we had expected! We have a beautiful collection of photos of our trip and learned a great deal about the country. Highly recommended.
