Overview Overview

You’ll encounter firsthand the beauty and hospitality of Berber culture by visiting the Atlas Mountains and Three Valleys with Berber Villages of the High Atlas mountains south of Marrakech. You’ll spend a great day and meeting the berber people and learning about their lives, discovering another way of life.

Pick-up/drop-off in Marrakech, travel in style vehicle with air-conditioning and professional driver and English-speaking Berber guide, three course Berber lunch at Berber Villages, Camel ride included (if you wish to do it)

Visit to: Asni Valley, Imlil Valley, Aroumd Valley, Kik plateau, Imlil waterfalls. as you will also walk through many Berber Villages and vist one of the berber family and have a tea at theyr home.

A unique experience and a day you will always remember.

The tour start from Marrakech at 9:00 AM, and ended back in Marrakech around 17:30 PM

What to Expect What to Expect

Departing in the morning around 9am from your hotel in Marrakech or we can also meet at Cafe Argana in Jamaa El fna, drive for one hour up to Moulay Brahim Gorges, on the way we will make the first stop to visit locals women in argan oil cooperative there as you will see what they do to earn the living to help their Family. Arriving at a main trailhead with streams and paths branching out in all directions, here you can ride the Camel, then continuing to Imlil valley passing through many Berber villages. From Imlil, leave the vehicle to head into the village. You will stop for a welcome glass of mint tea before continuing on a mule for 3 kilometers up to Armed the highest and the biggest village in imlil valley, Trek or (There will be options to drive to a higher villages if you don't prefer to walk ) to the Berber village of Ait souka, passing the hamlets of Ait mizan, Targa, and Imoula to Armed Waterfalls. Stop off in Tamatert. Enjoy lunch in a family Berber home, and marvel at the view of ancient irrigated terraced fields of barley, corn, and vegetables, surrounded by cherry and walnut trees. Continue for 30 minutes to arrive at another home of a Berber family have mint tea with the family and see how the Berbers live. Walk down to Azroul and visit the waterfalls, then begin your return trip down the other side of the valley to Taourirt before we drive back to Marrakech.
