What to Expect What to Expect

You will start your tour with a stop at the Koutoubia mosque. With its 69 m minaret, it’s a perfect example of moorish architecture. Admire its golden globes and it’s diffrently decorated sides.Then walk through the streets of the jewish quarter and marvel at  the heritage of a community that thrived in Morcco since the 14 th century. Admire the buildings with their beautifully decorated windows and balconies. When you reach the Bahia palace, discover a magistic palace that stands as a testimony to the greatness of the vizir of Marrakech and the lifestyle of  the 19th century men and learn the secrets of the harem. With the  immaculate and detailed work of several craftsmen this palace  is a masterpiece of the moorish architectural style. Continuing through the narrow streets of the medina your next stop will be the saadians tombs. Lost from history untill recovered in the 20 th century, they are beautifuly  decorated tombs and a reminder of the greatness of the Saadian dynasty  that ruled Morocco in the 16th century. Visit the tombs of the sultans, their wives and their children and learn more about this dynasty. Your next stop will be one of the most famous squares in the world. The Jamaa el fna square. There discover the diffrent street crafts that fill the square and get the chance to take a picture with a barbary macaque from the atlas mountains or discover the secrets of the snake charmers .
