Join Pallavi at her beautiful home in Bandra, Mumbai for a fun day of cooking and eating Malvani food. She will teach you to make the iconic Malvani style fish fry among other dishes and you can later join her and her family for a delicious Malvani fare!

All this and many more insights will be provided by Pallavi during the cooking session. You can ask her everything that you possibly want to know about the Malvani culture and cuisine, she will answer with a big smile on her face.
Meet Pallavi at her beautiful home in Bandra West, Mumbai and she will instantly make you feel at home! Enjoy a welcome drink and get to know her and her family better. Post that you can join Pallavi in her open kitchen and learn the tips and tricks of Indian cooking.
Pallavi will tell you about the various spices she uses in her cooking and will show you some techniques to cook the seafood perfectly. she will teach you to cook an amazing Indian fish fry and fish curry and a popular Indian dessert - Ukdiche Modak (steamed dumplings stuffed with coconut and jaggery).
What you will get to enjoy in Pallavi’s meal are Malvani treasures such as Sol Kadhi (kokum fruit and coconut milk), Bombil (Bombay Duck) in Green Gravy, Malvani Chicken Curry and Ukdiche Modak (steamed dumplings stuffed with coconut and jaggery). The cuisine tends to incline towards the spicy side but the Sol Kadhi is always there to soothe your taste buds and it is so delicious that you would want to go back for multiple helpings of the drink.

Please note: Pallavi stays on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in the building, so you will have to climb 3 flight of stairs to get to her home. Luckily the climb up will be a good appetite booster and the descent after completion of this delightful meal will be the perfect exercise :)
