“From a young age, I have always believed that touch has healing qualities.
Having graduated the school of physiotherapy and completed my graduate training in respiratory physiotherapy, I have come to realize, in practice, the importance of breathing for the correct function of the human body and brain as well as the interconnectivity between touch (through specific manipulation of muscles) and their relaxation.
Thus, I was motivated to preoccupy myself and explore the path of massage and how it can be beneficial to our health. Therefore I am continuously expanding my skills on different types of massage therapies.
My goal is to use the tools at my disposal to awaken those parts of ourselves that attune mind-body-spirit-nature. By relaxing our body we relax our mind, spirit and soul.
