The only Bahai Temple in Africa, it is located about 3 kilometres from the city center. Visitors enter the temple to meditate and pray after which they are taken around by the temple guides and told the history of this iconic place.

The Uganda Museum founded in 1908 exhibits ethnological, cultural, traditional and historical collections of Uganda's cultural heritage. One will get a chance to know how people in the early years survived, their modes of transport and see the different tools used in agriculture and war fare.

This great mosque was a gift to the muslim population by the Late Colonel Muammar Gaddafi former president of Libya.It has unique architecture and embraces different cultures

Located in the heart of Kampala city, Nakasero market sells fresh foods, spices, textiles,electronics among others. This market was officially started in 1895

One of the oldest and most respected institutions of Higher learning, Makerere University has produced a number of prominent politicians in Africa.

Visit: Independence Monument, Nile Avenue, Kampala Uganda

This monument was built by the former colonial government just before it handed over power to the Ugandans. It is located in the heart of the city and stands 6 meters tall
