Day 1: Amman Airport - Petra Visit - Petra Hotel

Stop At: Petra - Wadi Musa 77110 Jordan
Our driver waits you at the arrival area of Queen Alia International Airport based on the time of your flight arrival you have provided, He is holding an orange signage with your name written on it. Then drive along the Desert highway for 203km, taking 2.40 hour of driving to the “Red Rose City” and one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Petra. You will have a 1 stopover along the highway for 15 minutes and continue drive after. Prepare yourself for a lot of walking at the sand and rocks. Upon arrival (if selected with local guide) a local guide will meet you at the Petra visitor center. He/she will guide you for 2.5 hours. Petra is the biggest attraction of Jordan and was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabataean Arabs, a nomadic tribe who settled in the area and laid the foundation of a commercial empire that extended into Syria. Walk through the canyon or so called Siq to see the most beautiful monument: The Treasury Building rising over 140 feet and continue via the Street Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharoah’s Castle. You will have a free time after to explore the other sites on your own. After visiting the sites, meet our driver at the gate of the Visitor’s Center to drive you to your hotel in Petra City.

Day 2: Petra Hotel - Wadi Rum Visit - Amman Airport

Stop At: Wadi Rum Protected Area, Wadi Rum Jordan
Our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Petra City and drive for 105.9km, it will take 1.5 hours driving to Wadi Rum. Upon arrival at Wadi Rum, transfer to a four-wheeled Jeep with a local Bedouin driver at the wheel. Explore the sites such as the Nabataean temple – enjoy the view of wadi rum village from the north side. The Lawrence spring – named from the famous film, Lawrence of Arabia. The Map of Wadi Rum desert a small map which was used by Bedouins for directions. The Little bridge – where you can climb to the top. The Red Sand dune – where you can to walk or run from the top. The Khazali Canyon – you can walk through the canyon and see old ancient inscriptions inside. “Valley of the Moon” well known as Wadi Rum, one of the listed UNESCO World Heritage site. Wadi Rum is a vast, silent landscape of the ancient riverbeds as well as the largest and most magnificent desert landscape of Jordan. It is also the home of the Zalabia Bedouins that still lives in the traditional way. If desired, you'll have the option to add a 30-minute camel ride at Wadi Rum with your own expense.
