While standard auto insurance protects you from the financial liabilities incurred after an accident, subrogation coverage reimburses any money spent on an accident you weren\u2019t responsible for.<\/p>\n<p>But that doesn\u2019t mean that every accident that occurs to your vehicle, that isn\u2019t your fault, can be claimed for subrogation. As per different state laws, some expenses and claims will be ineligible for subrogation.
