Asia was very professional super nice. I appreciate her her calm demeanor was incredible cause I had a rough day and her energy just made everything better. Her up selling skills are perfect not too pushy just informative and I told her I’ll get everything that she recommended on the next go around overall I’m just extremely satisfied, it’s just she just so personable just a great human. I think she’s a real asset to the business keep her thanks ASIA!!!
Kristina and Mont (Mod) we very respectfully and knowledgeable about the car. Kristina did a great job explaining to me that the act took over the amount of gallons that are covered in the oil change. I don’t think you should have a price set for cars that take over 5 being that it’s common, but her kindness allowed me to agree with the price. And Mont did a great job explaining about the cabin filter and what gets trapped in there. Overall they made my experience a 10/10. Thanks Kristina and Mont.
I had a really good experience at the take five oil change location. There wasn’t a lot of pushy salesman activity that was happening, but I was able to get my oil changed and to get my cabin filter replaced after reviewing that it needed to be replaced. They were very kind and understanding to me not wanting to spend more than what I had expected to spend whenever I got there and I really appreciate their customer service
