First aired in 1975, Austin City Limits has grown into the longest-running music series in television history. In 2023, it will air the 48th season with a new lineup of artists performing in their studio.

How to get the festival tickets   

Austin City Limits festival tickets are now available for grabs on the official website. You need to purchase for each weekend separately. In addition, passes are available as 1-day and 3-day tickets in different variants. 

The ticket variants include General Admission (GA), GA+, VIP, and Platinum. In addition to these, there are premium packages, including Hotel Experience Packages and Y’all Access. In general, tickets can be as cheap as $170, and pricier versions like the Platinum passes start at $2,205 and $5,705 for each weekend, respectively. If you are driving from Downtown Austin to Zilker Park, take the fastest route through North Lamar Boulevard and Barton Springs Road. You have to drive just 2.6 miles and reach it in nearly 10 minutes. Another alternative is to use West 6th Street before following the route above.  

Depending on traffic conditions, you can get to Austin City Limits Music Festival in around 8 minutes from downtown. In addition, festival shuttles can also get you to the venue to and from Republic Square Park. 

Is there free parking at Zilker Park?

There are free shuttles from selected locations if you choose not to drive all the way to the ACL music festival venue. The parking fee for lots near the festival venue will likely increase closer to event dates. Besides, parking a few blocks away from the venue is always best to avoid the massive festival traffic.
