From the Manhattan Bridge, take the Flatbush Avenue Extension exit, and from the Brooklyn Bridge, exit onto Adams Street/Boerum Pl. Get on the I-278/Brooklyn-Queens Expressway from Queens, Long Island, Staten Island, or South Brooklyn.
Keep in mind that parking near Barclays Center is the bigger challenge. Currently, there are no official event parking lots operated by the arena. But there are plenty within walking distance.
