Amex Centurion Lounges 

American Express Centurion Lounges offer excellent amenities and personable hospitality services among the finest airport lounges in the United States. These lounges are open and airy, and you’ll be able to indulge your palette with some delectable, locally inspired cuisine that caters to both adults and kids. They also offer family rooms with soundproof glass, video games, and toys to keep the children occupied.

Getting access to Amex Centurion Lounges

You can gain access to Centurion Lounges if you hold a PlatinumBusiness Platinum, or Centurion Card. Delta SkyMiles Reserve and Reserve Business Cardholders are also allowed to access this lounge if their flight is a Delta-operated flight that has been paid for with the U.S.-issued American Express credit card. One-day passes are unavailable at this time, although Platinum Card and Centurion members are allowed to bring in up to two guests or immediate family at no additional charge. Any extra guests will be charged $50 per head.

Priority Pass Lounges  

Priority Pass provides admission at an annual charge to more than 1,300 airport lounges worldwide. They have a host of participating lounges at their disposal and provide a combination of airline, airport, and independent sites, often in busy international airports. Priority Pass also gives you access to the highlyrated Air France Lounges at locations like O’Hare, JFK, and San Francisco – just make sure you call ahead to ensure room! The Priority Pass smartphone app is a huge plus and helps you locate the best airport lounge near you while on the go. 

Getting Into Priority Pass Lounges

You can access priority Pass Lounges if you hold any of the following credit cards that offer the complimentary Priority Pass membershipCiti Prestige, AmEx Platinum/Business Platinum, Hilton Honors AmEx Aspire, Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant AmEx, and Chase Sapphire Reserve. Added benefits for these cardholders include unlimited access round-the-year with complimentary access to two of your guests. Additionally, with a multi-tier membership program, you can access these top-rated airport lounges at a starting fee of $99 (subject to additional charges on using the lounges).

Admirals Club Lounges 

American Airlines recently revamped its existing airport lounges and launched a few new ones (the Flagship Lounges are especially noteworthy!) earlier this year. With a fantastic array of food, beverages, entertainment on hand, and family rooms for the kids, you’re in for a great time when you pick this airport lounge. From chef-inspired meals to personalized service and specialty cocktail bar access, you’ll be able to indulge yourself a little when choosing an Admirals Club Lounge. 

Getting Into Admirals Club Lounges

American Airlines offers annual Admirals Club memberships, and fees range between $550 and $600 per person and between $1,100 and $1,250 to include your family. You could also gain complimentary access if you hold Citi Advantage Executive World Elite Card with a $450 annual user fee.Cardholders can host up to two guests or family members who gain free access to the lounge. If it’s a one-day pass you’re looking at, Admirals Club Lounges offers one-day access for a flat fee of $59. 

United Club Lounges 

One of the most popular choices of travelers in the US, the United Lounges, has found increased footfall, especially at United Hubs, which see hundreds of United flights daily. Top-shelf amenities are the main highlight of these lounges. With complimentary beverages, light snacks, bar services, and high-speed wireless internet access, your layovers are sure to be an enjoyable experience. A few of these lounges also have exclusive kids’ play areas so that the adults can lounge while the children are happily engaged.   

Getting Into United Club Lounges

An annual United Club Lounge access membership can be purchased for anywhere between $550 and $650, which can be offset by any United miles you may already have on hand. For example, suppose you have United Premier Gold status (you’ll earn 8X the miles for every flight, plus complimentary check-in baggage), and you’re traveling on a Star Alliance carrier. In that case, you’re automatically guaranteed admission to any United Club Lounges. What’s more, you can bring a guest with you, free of charge. Travelers flying United’s premium transcontinental flights also access this lounge at their origin and destination locations.
