Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat vs Demon
The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is, without a doubt, the quickest production-ready Dodge Challenger ever manufactured. An 808-horsepower and 717-pound-foot of torque can be coaxed from a 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon while running on 91-octane fuel. When running on 100 octane, its output rises to 770 lb-ft of torque and 840 hp, making it the highest-powered V8 production car in the world.
The SRT Demon version of the Dodge Challenger was only offered with an eight-speed automatic in 2018. The Hellcat models benefit greatly from the standard six-speed manual transmission. The only drivetrain option is rear-wheel drive.
