If you start your drive from downtown Brooklyn, take the Manhattan Bridge or Manhattan Bridge Lower Roadway to get to Angelika Film Center in less than 10 minutes. Both these locations are 2.4 miles apart, and depending on the traffic, you can get here faster. 

Similarly, the theater is less than 2 miles if you drive from the Financial District by car. You can choose from two routes to reach the venue. The fastest is via Bowery, which allows you to reach in 10 minutes. On the other hand, driving through Center Street can also get you here. 

In addition, the subway can help you reach the theater faster. The Prince Street Station is only 0.2 miles walking distance from Angelika Film Center. 

The Features of Angelika Film Center NYC

What are the ticket rates? 

Watching a movie at the Angelika Film Centers in different locations is very affordable. The rates per person are below $20 for a movie. For adults, $18 is charged per ticket; for children and senior citizens, you should pay $16 per individual. 

Angelika Membership 

If you are a member, there are perks, including half-ticket rates for Tuesdays and discounts on food, drinks, and merchandise. In addition, you can also stream select films for free on the Angelika Anywhere streaming service.  

It is free to join, and you can earn points for the amount of money you spend at the theaters, app, or website. For every 100 points, you will get $5, which you can redeem at the theatres or via the app to buy food or drinks.  

Angelika Film Center parking 

Street parking spaces are available around the Angelika Film Center location. Metered and free spaces are available close by, and you can park at these spaces and take a 10-minute walk to the theater. Some notable locations near the film center are West Houston Street, Mercer Street, Bleecker Street, Greene Street, Prince Street, Wooster Street, and Crosby Street. 

Even though most of them are free, there is a time limit after which you need to move your car from the spot. But there are other off-site spots that keep you away from parking violations and other risks of leaving your car on New York streets.
