How many times have Golden State Warriors won NBA championships?
The Golden State Warriors now have seven championship titles after their 2022 win. The seven championships include the inaugural Basketball Association of America (BBA) finals win in 1947, which they played as Philadelphia Warriors. They also won the 1956 NBA World Championship Series under the same name.
After adopting their current geographic moniker, the team won the title in 1975. The next Golden State Warriors championships came only in 2015 and then consecutively, in 2017 and 2018. Finally, the San Francisco team won their seventh NBA Championship on June 16, 2022, beating the Celtics 4-2.
Golden State Warriors also hold seven NBA Western Conference titles and 12 Pacific Division titles.
What is the Golden State Warriors’ record?
For the 2021-22 NBA regular season, the Warriors finished third in the Western Conference with 53-29 (.646). They registered a 16-6 win-loss record for playoffs to take the winning percentage to .727.
Golden State Warriors’ all-time record for NBA regular season is 2879-3060 (.485); Playoffs – 206-165 (.555). The team set their best-ever regular season record in 2015-16 with 73-9 (.890).

Who are the most notable Golden State Warriors players?
Since 2009, the Warriors have been in their Stephen Curry era. Often dubbed “the greatest shooter of all-time,” Curry has racked up over 3,000 Three Pointers in his career and holds several NBA records. The 4x NBA Champion and 2022 NBA Finals MVP is already one of the most recognized players in basketball history.
Along with Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Andre Iguodala have won the four recent championships for Golden State Warriors. Additionally, 2x Finals MVP Kevin Durant signed up in 2016 and was a part of the 2017 and 2018 NBA champions teams.

Which bridge is featured on the Golden State Warriors logo?
Golden State Warriors – Golden Gate Bridge; it’s easy to make that connection. Good guess, but not for the current logo featuring the Bay Bridge.
The 2010 primary logo redesign is a nod to the team’s Bay Area heritage – the eastern span of the Bay Bridge in blue and circled in yellow, with the uniform numbers inside the circle. Interestingly, the ‘basketball’ itself is missing from the spotlight. Pretty unusual for NBA team logos, but you’ll catch it on some of the secondary Golden State Warriors logos.
Subtle changes were made to the primary logo in 2019, including a custom font. Six new jersey designs were also unveiled with the new logo. In addition, the team brought in the City Uniform for the 2020-21 NBA season, paying tribute to the We Believe era. And in the last season, the team’s 1961-62 road kit was revamped to reveal the Warriors Origins jersey to commemorate the franchise’s 75th anniversary.
Though the Golden State Warriors jerseys and logo have undergone several makeovers, the team has mostly kept to the yellow and blue color scheme.
