Named after birds of prey, the Ford F-150 Raptor is one of America’s favorite trucks. It’s no understatement if we call the Ford F-150 the wildest truck ever manufactured by Ford. If that’s not enough, this year, in collaboration with Shelby (not the fictional family from Birmingham), the new Ford Shelby Truck has hit the markets – bigger and better than the Ford F-150 Raptor. So, if the Raptor is the Captain America of pick-up trucks, Ford Shelby F-150 is the Hulk!
The collaboration between Ford and Shelby, a high-performance vehicle manufacturer, resulted in producing iconic cars like Cobra and Mustang. Now the guys who made the Mustang run on steroids have had the chance to lay hands on Raptor, and the end result is mind-blowing. The front and rear steel bumpers have been redesigned. There are two 10-inch LED driving lights, and an additional 30-inch LED light bar is mounted on the front bumper. In addition, to increase the visibility during off-roading and night rides, a 50-inch LED light bar is mounted on the top of the chase rack.
