Where is the New York City Fire Museum located? 

New York City Fire Museum is at 278 Spring Street, New York. It is a stone’s throw away from numerous New York attractions, including SoHo Playhouse, Color Factory New York, Children’s Museum of the Arts, and Friends Apartment. ¬†

How to get there? 

It just takes about 3.3 miles to reach the New York City Fire Museum from the heart of the city. If you go from the downtown area and take 7th Ave., the trip should take about 18 minutes. Additionally, you also have the option of using 11th or 12th Avenue to get there. Each of these options should not take you longer than twenty minutes. 

Is the museum open every day?  

The New York City Fire Museum is open from Wednesday through Sunday. Timings for the Museum are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, note that the Museum is closed on the following days:

New York City Fire Museum Ticket prices 

Adult admission to the museum is $10. However, seniors, students, and firefighters have a discounted rate of $8. This rate also applies to AAA Members and people with disabilities. Furthermore, there’s a $5 entry for children. Ensure to carry your ID cards to avail of these discounts. ¬†

375 King St Parking 

Visitors driving to the New York City Fire Museum will have a difficult time finding parking because there is no garage on the Museum’s premises. The 375 King St Garage is the greatest option for a secure parking garage near the New York City Fire Museum because it provides top-quality services at surprisingly affordable rates, especially considering its prime location. You may park here for as little as $13 per hour and take advantage of services like 24×7 covered valet parking. In addition, there is special ADA parking in the lot’s reserved aisles. ¬†

In addition to the Museum, you can reach several other notable landmarks quickly and easily from the 375 King St Garage. These include the James J Walker Playhouse (located 0.1 miles away), the Children’s Museum of Art, Friends Apartment, SoHo Playhouse, and Color Factory NYC, all within a three-minute walk (0.3 miles).¬†

The entrance to the garage is located at 375 King Street, not far from where King Street and Greenwich Street intersect. An additional entry is located on W Houston Street, just south of the corner of W Houston and Greenwich, on the left. These two entrances are located on the left side of the one-way roadway.
