Mariposa 

500 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202 

Among the many places to eat near Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, the Mariposa at Mint Museum Uptown tops many best lists for a fine dining experience. So, go for the ambience, sweeping views of the city, and carefully curated multicuisine menu. It may not scream gameday, but if you’d rather spend your time before or after the game in a more refined and relaxed manner, this restaurant near Panthers Stadium may impress you.  

Less than a 10-minute walk from Bank of America Stadium, Mariposa is at the Mint Museum near Knight Theater. Parking is available across the street, but you have plenty of options in the neighborhood. You can pre-book Bank of America Stadium parking at an off-site garage nearby and take a short walk to the restaurant.

Church and Union – Charlotte 

127 N Tryon St #8, Charlotte, NC 28202 

Brunch? Try the hip and Church and Union steakhouse at the Ivey’s Hotel – less than a mile or 15-minute walk from the Panthers’ stadium. The loftlike dining space is a great place to feast on new American cuisine before an exciting game. With a recent ‘Restaurant of the Year’ title under its belt, Church and Union is one of the must-try places for lunch, dinner, or brunch near Bank of America Stadium. The menu features everything from braised bacon and shrimp cocktail to burgers and New York strip.  

Tyron St. CityLYNX station is just around the block from this restaurant. Plenty of parking lots are also available within walking distance in the uptown neighborhood. But keep in mind that demand for parking space is high during gamedays and most spots are reserved in advance. 

North Italia – Charlotte 

1414 S Tryon St Ste 140, Charlotte, NC 28203 

Take it down a notch and settle down to gorge on some good old Italian fare. Though it’s not an exclusive food experience, the North Italia Charlotte restaurant near Bank of America Stadium live up to expectations. Fresh handmade pasta, crispy calamari, daily pizza, meatballs, sandwiches, and sides –talk about comfort food before a big game! It’s a good option if you are bringing kids – there’s chicken strips, grilled cheese, gelato and more to suite their taste buds. Breakfast options are also available on the Weekend Brunch menu.  

A little over half a mile from the Panthers Stadium, it’ll take you no more than 15 minutes to walk to North Italia in Southend. The restaurant validates parking on levels 2-8 at the onsite RailYard Garage. There is an outdoor pay and park lot across the street and other options within walking distance.

The Cellar at Duckworth’s 

330 N Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202 

Take a trip back in time for a gastropub experience after the game at Bank of America Stadium. The Cellar is in underground space, originally built in 1912, and keeps the vintage speakeasy vibe alive with brick walls and other prohibition-era elements. But the food is modern American fare – from steaks and strips to charcuterie boards, oysters, and dessert. Only about a mile away, this pub space is one of the best places to wind down with food near Bank of America Stadium. 

An outdoor parking lot is available across the street. But keep in mind that there are plenty of restaurants in this Charlotte Center City area and the Panthers Stadium is also close. On gameday, drive-up parking could be challenging due to the increased demand. It’s easier to book your spot at a Charlotte parking lot or garage nearby before heading to the game.  

Gyu-Kaku – Charlotte

Craving something new? Try Japanese BBQ and sake at this cool restaurant near Bank of America. The yakiniku dining experience involved grilling cooked meats on a charcoal grill. Gyu-Kaku has smokeless roasters with a down draft system that sucks the grilling smoke away from you. The Harami Skirt Steak and Kalbi Short Rib are favorites on the menu. The all-you-can-eat service is available daily; they also have vegetarian options, a kid’s menu, drinks, and desserts.  

Gyu-Kaku Charlotte is at the Savoy Apartments in Second Ward, less than a mile from Bank of America Stadium. It’s open till 9PM, with Happy Hours from 11:30AM to 5PM. Does Bank of America Stadium have food? 

You’ll find plenty of concessions on the main, upper, and club levels of the Bank of America Stadium. Lots of options to choose from – classic comfort foods and snacks to gourmet sandwiches and Latin street food are on the menu.  

The stadium has two new grab-and-go markets near the East Gate. You’ll find packaged beer, soft drinks, and snacks at these checkout-free stores. The Michelob Ultra Taproom on the main concourse also has new bars, outside sections 120-122. Bank of America Stadium also has a premium indoor lounge and bar – The Vault – serving food and beverages. You can also order food and drinks from your seat via the Panthers app.

How much is a hot dog at Bank of America Stadium? 

$5.99. $7.99 if you want it loaded. A bratwurst will also cost about $8 and loaded fries are for $10.  

Can you bring food into the Bank of America stadium? 

Snacks, food, and drinks from outside are not allowed into the Panthers’ Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. Two sealed 16.9 oz bottles of water bottle per person is allowed. You can also bring empty bottles and fill it at the stadium.
