Spring Break means Vacation time!
It’s the time where the birds return, flowers start sprouting, and the April showers come for a visit. Beyond all that, it’s also time for Spring break and Spring Vacation! Woohoo!
Where are some places to visit this year? We’re categorizing the places to visit based on the types of vacation you’re looking for.
- Fun-Nation (ok I made this up for rhyme sake!)
These 2 places are my top spots for any type of relaxation you’d want.
For the ones who want to escape, relax, and enjoy time in nature then Yosemite is a great choice. From challenging rock climbing and hikes to a peaceful and beautiful camping trip full of waterfalls and all things nature. Yosemite has a bit of something for almost anyone looking to be one with nature and the great outdoors.
This is the choice for the beautiful scenery and amazing culture. Bali is surrounded by lush vegetation and amazing beaches. Along with the city’s culture, it feels down to earth where you can just be one with the world. Bali has a warm and uplifting culture, great waters especially for surfers, and tons of things to do in terms of beautiful hikes.
For some fascination along your journey, here’s another 2 places that’s sure to wow most travelers.
A beautiful natural canyon that was carved out millions of years ago from water. It has unique rock formations that is captivating. Along with the out of this world colors the canyon turns into from the Sun, the Antelope Canyon is truly an awe-inspiring feast to the eyes. The Antelope Canyon in Arizona is sure to bring fascination to nearly anyone who sees it.
For those who are fascinated in fairytales and romantic stories, Hohenschwangau is the town you must visit. Visit Neuschwanstein Castle in which Sleeping Beauty’s castle was modeled after. You’d get the magical sensation and fascination once you lay your eyes on the Neuschwanstein Castle. Start your castle tours off in a royal fashion in Hohenschwangau.
If you’re looking for some fun on your vacation and a few wild nights, here are 2 vacation destinations I’d recommend.
South Padre Island
A popular Spring Break destination for college students and families alike! South Padre Island is a 34-mile-long strip full of fun in the sun beaches located in Texas. During Spring Break, there are about 50,000 college students making their way there for affordable, fun, Spring Break partying. Coca Cola Beach is a massive party event that happens during Spring Break, with concerts, contests, and games happening nearly round the clock.
Rio de Janeiro
I really wanted to put down a more typical place, such as Cancun or Cabo, but chose Rio de Janeiro for it’s amazing beaches, beautiful people, and wild parties. Io de Janeiro is also one of the biggest party cities in the world. Rio de Janeiro parties happens on the beach with music blasting almost everywhere and numerous clubs dotted throughout the city.
This rounds off our list of Spring Break destinations. We had 2 other contenders which are Japan for the cherry blossom season and Hawaii for the relaxing island life. Regardless of where you travel, plan out out your airport parking with Way and enjoy your waycation!
