Denver International Airport operates with a single terminal building and three concourses. The terminal building has six levels and is divided into two sides. Therefore, studying the Denver Terminal map is a great idea if you are flying out of DIA. During peak times and on tight schedules, the detailed map will help you navigate the terminal without confusion.
Jeppesen Terminal is the only terminal at DEN, named after the pioneer in aviation safety, Elrey Borge Jeppesen. The terminal provides access to three concourses and serves both domestic and international travelers. The main terminal building has six levels and is divided into two sides: East and West. The airlines assigned to each side of the terminal are subject to change due to the construction activities in the terminal.
Level 1: This is the lowest level at DEN. You can find the Airport Transit Center on this level, including the RTD A Line train station. You can also find regional RTD buses and CDOT Bustang services here.
Level 2 & 3: From both levels, travelers can access parking facilities, underground tunnels, and specific ground transit connections.
Level 4: This is the passenger pickup level of the airport. Drivers can pick up travelers from either the East or the West side. Premium Reserve parking is also located on Arrivals Level 4 in the East and West garages.
Level 5: Travelers can find airline check-in and ticketing, baggage claim, ground transportation services and access to Westin Denver International Airport on this level.
Level 6: Travelers can find airline check-in, baggage check and access to the passenger security checkpoints on this level.
At the northwest corner of the West Terminal on Level 6, you will find the TSA security checkpoint, including TSA PreCheck and CLEAR services. You can also find ticket counters and baggage check-in on this level. From here, you can access the rental car shuttles. Check airport signage for the current pickup location before traveling. Descend to level 5 to find the baggage carousels from 10 to 19. The level also extends to the curbside pickup area for rideshare, taxi, and hotel shuttles.

United Airlines is the primary airline operating from the West side. Airline counter locations can change, so travelers should verify their airline's current check-in location before traveling.
The TSA checkpoint in Terminal East is located at the northeast corner of level 6. Like Terminal West, there are 17 lanes of TSA processing, including PreCheck and CLEAR. Level 5 of this terminal side has baggage carousels 1-9.

Concourse A serves a mix of domestic and international airlines. Passengers can reach Concourse A from Jeppesen Terminal by taking the Automated Guideway Transit System (AGTS) or by using the pedestrian bridge.
Concourse B is the largest concourse at DEN and is a major operating base for United Airlines. Board the Automated Guideway Transit System (AGTS) from the terminal to arrive at Concourse B.

Concourse C primarily serves domestic flights and is a major operating location for Southwest Airlines. It also serves other domestic carriers.
