What should I do if I can’t log in?

There’s a chance that when you created your Way.com account you did so using Facebook. We suggest that you try logging out of your personal Facebook account prior to logging in to you Way.com.

Also, try logging in using both the external account and Facebook login to see if this helps solve the problem.
