Parking Instructions

Arrival Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel’s front entrance under the porte-cochère and check in at the front desk with your confirmation email. You will be asked to sign a form, receive a parking pass to display on your dashboard, and register for the next available shuttle. The front desk staff will then direct you to the designated long-term parking area. Please Note: Allow sufficient time for check-in and shuttle boarding. Seating is first-come, first-served for guests who did not pre-book 24 hours in advance, and a seat on the immediate next shuttle is not guaranteed. Return to Hotel (Airport Pickup) After collecting your luggage at the airport, go to the ground level and proceed to Door 8, the designated pickup area for hotel courtesy shuttles. Once there, call the hotel at 412-262-2400 to notify them you are waiting, and board the shuttle labeled “Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport”. After the shuttle returns you to the hotel, you may depart at your convenience once you reach your vehicle.
