Shuttle Information
A free shuttle runs 23/7 every 30 minutes on the half hour and hour, except for 2am-3am. Any parties of 4+ passengers need to be dropped off at the airport prior to checking in for parking. IMPORTANT: Given the current situation, this lot only allows a party of '4' to enter the shuttle van at a time. PLEASE DROP any more members at the Airport first and then proceed to the parking lot.

This is my preferred spot for parking when using Logan. The only time I would not park here is if it is sold out. Clean parking lot, attentive attendant and responsive when you can on return to be picked up. Well done.

First time using WAY and I’m satisfied of service. Logan Airport Boston is very expensive so going this route saved 60% Yes took little extra time but worth it. Dropped off car at Hampton Inn they drive you to airport via shuttle bus and pick you up on return Didn’t wait too long for them to pick me up. They told me that because I was going for few days that they may have to move the car to a different lot and bring it back on return day so you have to leave keys. I checked mileage to see how far they go and was about 7 miles round trip. All good.

Parking was fine. Shuttle is quick every 30m. They moved my car, but it was parked in the parking lot.i clocked 5 mile, but as people mentioned before they move your car to different parking lots.

I have used this location twice. Checkin in is simple. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Employees are quick and friendly. Our vehicle is always in the same condition we left it. Yes, you do leave your keys and they may move your vehicle. Will continue to use Hampton Inn for 7 day trips.

Overall good experience, but I might’ve just been lucky. After reading some google reviews of this place, I’m not sure if I would book again (mentioning this so you can decide for yourself!) However, the drop off and pickup I experienced were smooth and efficient. I only had to wait for 10 mins to get picked up after calling, and this was at 1am. Heads up they might move your car into an overflow lot which caused a lot of the bad reviews, but I lucked out and they didn’t move mine.
