Pleasant staff, timely drop off and pick up. Exiting the lot required leaving thru the entrance gate and calling with Conf# for gate to be opened instead of scanning QR code. Unlike bigger companies, this lot required you to walk from car to office where bus collects up riders and same for drop off. All in all, it was a good experience. The App was helpful to be able to call for pickup, recall conf number. Bus services multiple lots so need to know that to ID it on pickup at airport.

I used way to book parking for a three day trip out of Detroit. The shuttles run from the air port to the lot every 10-15 min. We had no wait time, it was extremely easy and convenient in addition to the affordability. The only thing I didn’t like is that parking spaces are not numbered. So remember where you placed your car :)
