Good parking experience but shuttle only every hour not every half hour as in the description. Had to pay another $20 extra for Lyft.

We would 100% recommend this parking lot! As a family traveling with a small baby the location felt safe, our car was safe and it is a very nice hotel to wait for their shuttle. The only small hiccup was a long wait for the shuttle once we flew back in to LaGuardia, some shuttle drivers are better than others. Overall recommend.

Super nice garage with convenient valet parking. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helped me with my bags without me having to ask. (I really need the help.) The shuttle only comes every 30 minutes, and I got a bit worried and called the number provided when I arrived and was waiting a while. No one was available to answer my call, but not to worry, the shuttle automatically comes to the hotel shuttle spot. Definitely booking again!

A very good experience with this location. Great drivers both ways. Car was protected by a valet. You can text them when you get in and they will have your car ready when your shuttle bus arrives. I would give them five stars
